I've been a customer with the store for a while now and you have some great delivery drivers you have a great new manager that works there and yet the lack of individuals being there to answer the phone is one thing that is inconsistent and it's frustrating. payment wise is to the T. Everything as for the customer service is just basically needing help there needs to be more consistency with people answering the phones and more employees.

I started a application online for a item and I got stuck, I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Carlos who was so nice helpful and professional and patient as he guided me on the steps for my order. He was amazing!!! I’m so glad I decided to go with Aaron’s for my purchase specially this location because I’m all about first impressions and he def won me over as a customer!!! Thank you Carlos, please never change and keep up the good work!!Linda

Absolutely no good place to rent from. They're not at all competent in their products and they harrass you on the phone. I do not will not ever recommend renting here. Use Buddies or Rent a Center.

I had a great experience renting a recliner from Aaron's. Customer service was excellent. Meeko was extremely helpful, courteous, professional and cheerful. I'm happy I chose Aaron's at the Hester Crossing location.

If I can give zero stars I would I was 7days late due to my card Information changing and they harassed me banging on my door at 8pm please don’t shop here they will not try and contact you any other way but coming to you home trying to intimidate you. They need to train Thor people to call or email

I’ll be honest my Experience has not been the best, despite the store manager having great customer service I’ve constantly been inconvenienced.1st couch delivered 3 weeks ago, had a rip in the frame and had to be replaced..so I added a TV go my lease, well they deliver everything and forget the tv remote. They say “we are coming right back” I’ve been stuck at home since 11am for a 4 hour delivery window.. here I am stuck again awaiting a remote for the tv.Honestly I’m over it already.

Never answer their phone, no voicemail or any way to get a hold of anyone. Some of us work long hours and can't make it into the store before it closes.... I was told I'd get an email with my order details, never happened, they said check spam, guess what not there..... I made a payment for this and still have no receipt or order number or anything... HORRIBLE experience

I ordered a living room set and bedroom set 3 weeks before I needed it to be delivered.Let's say the nightmare began. April 1st comes they can't deliver to the 6th..I waited it was delivered the living room, the bed frame, the wrong dresser- mirror dresser and I wanted the chest dresser, no nightstand, mattress and no box springs.So again, I was inconvenienced waiting 2 more days. So I tell them I didn't think it was put together right. I sleep in the bed the first night and hear a pop. The side board is bent out on one side and bent in on the other side. So call to advise. They said we will be there tomorrow after 4 pm. I waited until after 8 pm no show yet again inconvenienced. Mind you I called at 5 pm to confirm and told they will be there by 7pm.I have used Aarons off and on for 20 years and this is the worst service I have ever received.

I was told my furniture would be delivered to me today (Tuesday) so my husband missed work. Store hours says on google they were closed, but I still called a guy answered and I asked him about the delivery and gave my name well he put me on hold and never did come back and let me know anything. I hung up and called back they were closed.

I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to buy or rent furniture from this location, the manager is SUPER rude and very unprofessional. During a phone call with him he began to get loud and impossible to talk to. Keith who is the manager at this location needs to be fired or trained on how to treat customers. I regret being a customer so damn much! My payments were being taken out without notice and there were times they will take 2 payments as oppose to the one and to get a refund was impossible - my payment dates changed and all this information was presented to me every time no consists at all.

Absolutely the most rude and awful experience! Manager Keith is very very rude and will not work with you on payment arrangements. He will call and harass you and not believe anything that you say. Cynthia is will make payment arrangements but not put into the system so you will get into trouble. Go somewhere else to do business, it's not worth your stress . They just are aggressive . They don't do their job right . Go to a store that you can trust .
