Great customer service!! Needed to get a quick last minute add on for a new motorcycle I bought and Aarons team got working on right away. I was able to leave the dealer shortly after with no issues.

I have a terrific relationship with my insurance provider. Their customer service is exceptional. Moreover, the coverage they offered was comprehensive and suited my needs perfectly. I feel secure knowing they have my back in case of any unforeseen events. Highly recommend!

Aaron is a professional. He reviewed my policy and verified that the coverage he was offering was more coverage for less money. Not only did he save me for my vehicle, but also took the time to evaluate my home coverage as well, saving me at least $80/ month combined. Highly recommend!

Aaron actively shops the best policies for our needs year after year. He is interested in keeping our business, not just signing you up. We've previously had agents sign us up and then we just never hear from them. Give them a shot!

Our policies had suffered a fair bit of benign neglect. Several changes of agents and carrier merges, etc. Aaron proactively contacted us and worked through combining our various policies. Now we can truly take advantage of the available discounts and we don’t have a billing nightmare with a bunch of separate policies. On top of all that, on nearly every change Aaron proposed, we have increased coverage from what we had previously and it’s costing us a noteworthy amount less than we were paying before. It’s been a win all the way around with Aaron’s expert help.

Terrible experience with Aaron Vallejo Insurance. I received a small dent in my truck Jan 2021 that was so small I was not going to get it fixed. Several months later I was thinking about selling my truck so out of curiosity asked Aaron to connect me with the mechanic they use so that I could get a quote.As I thought they wanted way too much to repair the small dent so I DID NOT move forward with the repairs. Several months later in October my policy renewed and it was much higher than it should have been. When I asked Aaron about it he let me know that there was a claim filed on my behalf and they had sent the mechanic a check for the damages on my truck for the work that I did not move forward with. Aaron then let me know that unfortunately my rates were going to go up because of the claim, then said and I quote "Sorry, I don't make the rules buddy", and proceeded to send me new quotes for new insurance companies. 6 months later I am still paying higher rates than I am supposed to and have been since October which has cost me hundreds of dollars so far. I tried to switch insurance companies but that doesn't help because the claim is on my texas driving record. I have now had to file a claim with the Texas Department of Insurance and hire an attorney to continue to fight this claim.

Aaron Vallejo is an excellent insurance agent. He will find the best quote for you and your family. Everytime I call him he is always willing to help. He has being my agent for more than 5 years and counting. He got me a good quote and coverage for my small business. Very well recommended.

Couldn't figure out how to spell my name after 8 attempts ( I corrected them each time). Had absolutely no respect for my time. I told Aaron directly not to call me past 1pm multiple times but he still did so 3 times while I was at work. I can't trust them to respect my time or have the ability to read why would I trust them with my insurance? By the time you agree to sign he has already checked out mentally and moved on to the next person. So incredibly out of touch with his customers he actually asked me to write this review for him lol.
