I called this company because my car battery was dead, if I have a BMW, some guy came and connected a charger (he called it a battery) to my battery, which is located in the back of the BMW trunk and said that most likely everything you have a problem with the starter because I did everything I could but the problem is not fixed, and he says I'm leaving, and he also added that your battery is not discharged, and says that you need a tow truck to get the car home, but this guy who came needs it fire him, because he didn't do his job, it was necessary to connect Clem from the front of the BMW, because it's under the hood that + and - are located, he didn't do it, I still thought what the hell, what's wrong with you, man? Why does a company hire people who don't know how to work with machines??? SHAME ON YOU

Don't buy auto insurance with this agency! They lied to me and my husband about our policy! Now they check credit scores, based on your credit score that's how you get your montly bill if is a low score it affects how much you have to pay every month, every month they check your credit score and we never knew about it. However, they never send us a bill. The only thing we had in our mail about AAA insurance is a cancelation policy. Additionally, I've never been able to have my proof of insurance either, even after I waited 3 days making the monthly payment! I constantly asked for my proof of insurance and never got it. Most horrible experience I ever had with this company! Very bad, poor, and unfriendly customer service! I recommend State Farm insurance! They are the best! Friendly and professional! They gave us a great price policy! And I got my proof of insurance the first day!

Absolute TRASH for insurance. If You are insured with AAA they'll scoop your car up before the police arive (20 minutes)to get rid of evidence. If you are a victim and need to file a claim they take their time and wont call you back. They'll put you in a vehicle thats not equal to yours and skimp on vehicle repairs and cheat you out of your lost wages.

Edward, a tow truck driver, was dispatched to us for a lockout via ToyotaCare, he was great, nice, professional and quick. He had it open in 5 minutes, nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever encountered, thanks so much man, from the guys over on Lantana Dr. I hope I’m leaving the review in the right place

I'm ONLY giving them 2 stars because Maricrus is such an incredible customer service agent. I'd give them 0 if it wasn't for Maricrus' impeccable customer service! She is so dialed in, so kind, so knowledgeable, and I give her 5 stars individually. She deserves it! I'm giving AAA 3 stars, generously because I've been a member for 12-15 years. I'm only giving them 3 stars because my insurance doubled from last year by 50%. 220 dollars a month to 440+ per month for the same coverage! No tickets! No accidents! Completely unacceptable.

This location is now closed on Saturdays. Update your hours so people don’t waste time driving here and then another 30 minutes to the next open location.

Management has decided that notary services are not available on Saturdays. This is very poor customer services, caused us stress, and puts the employees in a difficult position. 5 minutes to notarize a travel document would have saved my husband a great deal of time. This location is poorly managed.

I would avoid going to this location, as people sitting on the front either wants this AAA branch to close or do not know anything. On every occasion I have visited this branch, I have been given a reason on how they are not authorized to do a job. Recently they made me visit their branch twice only to tell me that, "they are sorry" for not able to service my request. I have never seen such an un-efficient staff for a long time.

DO NOT BUY AUTO INSURANCE THRU AAA OF TEXAS. DO NOT PURCHASE THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.Being from California I can clearly say dealing with AAA of Texas is NOT the same experience as it is out west. The Texas team is rude and impolite and if you call in for assistance you will sit on hold forever, and do not ask for an employee to call you back because they won't return the call.My in office visit was to rectify an insurance issue, when I opened my policy they excluded a key coverage and the fact that it was left off the policy came out after Noone had hit my parked unattended vehicle in a parking lot. Fast forward to my in office visit to the Round Rock office where I met with insurance agent Maricrus Medina. She understood the issue I thought but said there was nothing she could do at her level and she would " escalate " the issue to her boss, Jim Hockenhull. She also gave r me her word he would call back within 24 hours.Big surprise, he never called. I ended up calling the office two day after the deadline and big Jim told me he called me and left a message. I had to remind Mr. Dummy that my cell phone would show a missed call and thru the miracles of technologies allow him to leave a voice message, which again he did not. He also did not understand my issue because obviously inter office communication does not exist. And needless to say, because no one at the office level can handle a customer complaint once again my issue has been escalated.We had an awesome local office in Calif. And they were always more than helpful and took very good care of our insurance ends etc.Still awaiting a call from yet another supervisor butnot holding my breath.Now the issue with roadside assistance. It can take multiple calls and in several hours to get a tow truck response.Summing up, customer service is horrible, hold times are excessive and nobody at the branch level has the authority to fix a complaint, and the one that do have the authority are as rare and elusive as a unicorn or a sasquatch. With AAA Texas my 25 years of loyalty to their brand means nothing.☆ UPDATE☆ Received a call from supervisor Shashana Fletcher. Again rude and condescending has absolutely no listening skills or customer service skills and no juice to rectify a complaint. Escalated to her boss, can't wait for that call.
