Came in with my boyfriend looking for a specific part and we chose A-line instead of AutoZone etc because supposedly they have knowledge about auto parts and the industry. We were immediately met with a man (long beard) with a terrible attitude. Said he couldn't help us because he "doesn't sell hardware," and couldn't even look up a part number and referred us to a dealership which is fine, but what made us uncomfortable was the an attitude of "you came in 15 minutes before we close and I don't want to do my job." My boyfriend asked if he had any recommendations on local junkyards because this is a local specialty auto parts store with a lot of knowledge (so I thought?) and he replied with the snottiest tone, "um you can try Google?"Thanks for your help, we'll try Google :)

When I walked in, I immediately noticed how the team there was tuned into what their customers need. On that day, I was on a hunt for a specific part. The folks at A-Line didn't just help me locate it; they went above and beyond, lending me some tools to double-check it was the right one. It turned out I didn't even need it in the end, but they took it in stride, all friendly and understanding.
What really caught my eye was the sheer variety of parts they had in stock. It seems like A-Line has a full stock.
I like a place where you can browse, think, and choose at your own pace, without feeling rushed. It's a real breath of fresh air in the often chaotic world of auto parts shopping.

A line in liberty hill picked up my mower in April. They returned it four different times and each time it was not working properly and they had to come back out and get it. this last time they refuse to call me back or let me speak to anybody so here I am stuck with a broken mower that I have not been able to use in eight months and I’m out over $700. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. They have completely taken advantage of me.

A-Line is an old school, no frills parts store. They carry higher quality parts than the big chains. The guys at the counter are skilled, and useful with their experience. I recently found a higher quality rebuilt alternator at A-Line for less money than the 3 big chains in town. They also loaned me tools to swap out the fan shroud that I forgot to remove at home. I almost turned it in and they made sure that I swapped it on the spot to make sure that it fit and aligned properly. One big differentiator for A-Line is that they can resurface heads (and I would assume rotors) with a full machining shop. I will always check with them first when searching for replacement parts.

I went in today needing help for something very minor. For what I needed most stores would never waste their time or energy on me. The guy who helped me out was extremely friendly and did not think twice about helping me. I can’t say it enough kind words about this place. I highly recommend this store.
