Very disappointed. The delivery company stole the washing machine that they moved out of the way to install the one that I am leasing. I planned to have it fixed, they put it on their truck and took it! On the blog they talk about when you lease you get top of the line equipment... they delivered a teeny tiny Amana washing machine so yeah disappointing.

Perfect Washer dryer rental company. I rented washer and dryer for one year with A&A Appliances and I got a great experience with customer service standpoint and machines are absolutely in good condition. I recommend this company.

Ordered stackable machine on May 28 and still have yet to receive my appliance (it’s June 5). Apparently they don’t have any available right now but the communication was very poor. I didn’t see that info on the website. I was told I was going to receive it May 31, then sometime between June 3-5. And now either June 6 or next week, but still not guaranteed. I’ve had to shift my schedule a bunch to stay home to receive the appliances in vague expectation they are coming, because communication is non existent and I’m going off of their loose timeline. The company not having the appliance right now is what it is but I’ve had to call multiple times to see the status instead of being emailed or called or texted about when I’m going to receive my order. I do not understand why the information is so obscured. I need to wash my things ? I also already paid like 130 to order and charged the 75 for the month so I expected more timely delivery and better communication on status of my order.

Had wonderful experience leasing with them. We rented out washer and dryer for over 2 years and never had a single issue during the entire tenure. The monthly charge is so affordable and best in the market. Ben provided us an outstanding customer experience in helping with the subscription and pickup and drop-off of washer and dryer. Most recommended.

Absolute nightmare! No one ever answers the phone! They charged me for a month of leasing before I even had the appliances delivered. They cant get the delivery date correct. I do not recommend this business based on my experience. I will be contacting the BBB and Trustpilot.

It's a great leasing company with affordable prices. We have been with them from last 3 years and had no issues at all. The service is excellent, they move the appliances for free whenever u change the address.

Renting appliances is a simple process - just make the call, and they'll handle the delivery and installation. You only need to be present on the delivery date. I had a seamless experience with the washer and dryer I rented for a year - no issues whatsoever!

I rented a washer dryer for 1.5 years and had zero problems. I needed to replace the washer at some point and they came out in a timely manner no questions asked. Alex helped me schedule my appliance pickup when I moved out and he was beyond generous. I forgot to give appropriate notice and called them at the last second and they were able to facilitate a quick pickup. Alex even waived my fee for giving them short notice. Thanks Alex! I will recommend this company in the future.

I have used A&A Appliance Leasing since 2022 and I have never had any issues. The washer dryers never had issues and have A&A Appliance has always answered any questions I have. Thank you A&A!
