This place is horrible, specially the evening workers… They seem like they absolutely hate being here…. There’s way too many gas stations to choose from to allow this line of customer service— choose another location !

The health department definitely needs to come and inspect this filthy place. The restrooms were so disgusting, made me want to vomit just walking in. Me and my mom were looking around to purchase a few items while waiting on my dad to get out the restroom, we waited by the restrooms with the items, the guy comes around the corner just staring weird, making us feel very uncomfortable, trying to say we were going to steal. There was no where for us to go for one, the Burger King was closed. And the bathrooms had a reeking smell, we didn’t even want to be over there. He was being very weird, and yelling getting loud at me and my mom, because we told him something for making us very uncomfortable. Wont be returning here ever.

Discriminatory? Most definitely! I used the scan and go feature on the 7-eleven app, showed cashier my receipt with the date and timestamp clearly showing on the receipt but of course the cashier spent 5 minutes looking for my receipt in his system. The fact that he watched me scan the items on my phone then pay, wasn’t enough to believe I paid for it. As many times as I used this app to pay for items at different locations, this is the GIRST location that treated me this way. Not ever returning! Fair treatment and respect is what you WON’T get here!

The place was just nasty. 3 of the 4 toilets were clogged with feces. I told the clerk and his answer was "not my job to clean women's bathroom"

I stopped coming to this 7- eleven about a year ago because of the RUDE STAFF.But I had to stop by this Monday evening and there was this kind short young lady who was extremely helpful, cheerful and intelligent. Kudos to her. I cash tipped her but she wouldn't take it.I will come back again and again only because of the amazing customer service she provided. Loved it.

Pre-charges $175 to your credit card when you pump gas. That's a ridiculous amount and sets off scam alerts even before you start to pump!

$175 Holding charge on account before pumping ANY gas! Had a huge fraud scare thinking my card had been stolen. NEVER GET GAS HERE.

I just stopped here to get gas... my card did not work at the pump and I couldn't pre-pay with the 7-11 app. When I went inside the doors were locked and the clerk made eye contact with me so I asked if they were open? He looked at me the walked behind the office door. Never shopping here again!

Worst. Location. Ever. They over charge for everything. App Special for the gulp beverage is for $.89. Does this man need to charge me $1.37 for foam cup when that’s not what it is? Does the extra money go into his pockets or? Plus, the items purchased are never the 7-11 advertised price ie Doritos Cool Ranch (they charged the bag price and not the 7-11 advertised price.) like can we stop blatantly stealing from the consumer. And don’t even get me started on the customer service from some that work there. They know who they are and exactly what they do.
