I cannot emphasize how bad this location is. Every time I've tried to get coffee it's cold and then they're not willing to make Moore any other location. It's always hot or they'll make more right there. It's always dirty, For the love of God, can new management take over

Everytime I get gas here, I never get my change credited back to my Card. This past Saturday, I paid $50 and only pumped .23 because I selected the wrong fuel. These people pocketed my $49.77 and refused to cooperate with my bank on the Dispute. I will never shop here again and I am currently filing a police report for theft.

I absolutely hate this location. Every time my son and I come into the store the manager who is Caucasian and older is down right rude. She has zero customer services skills and always has a horrible attitude. I usually ignore her but tonight she was out of line. We entered the store at 12:50am and I asked her could I still purchase scratch off lottery tickets. She stated very rude “NO” so I said ok thank you and continued to find a drink to purchase. After my son grabbed a juice we noticed she was following us all over the store. Every aisle my son turned down, she was there watching as if we were stealing. He proceeded to open the cooler door to grab a 4 pack a wine and she yells “Sir you can’t buy that very aggressively.” Mind you you have until 1am to purchase wine. And even if that’s the case, there’s a better way to tell someone they can’t purchase something. I don’t appreciate we are constantly disrespected at this store. It’s always by the same employee no matter the time or day. The rest of the staff is very nice. I will NEVER EVER shop at this location again. I don’t care if I’m on E and have to push my car across the street for gas. Yall really need to do something about this particular employee. I’m going to make sure to tell all my friends, family and etc not to shop at this location as long as this employee is employed there. There’s no reason for her to be that nasty and rude with everyone who comes into the store. As a proud African American I try not to let sad racist people bother me, but this pathetic woman will make anyone feel some type a way. I really hope y’all take this serious. Because after reading all the negative reviews about her, that can’t be good for business. As a general manager I would never let my staff embarrass me like she embarrasses your company. She’s way to ancient to even be acting that way. I’m beyond livid with how we were treated this morning. Your reviews will never got better with her employed there.

The manager Lisa is heartless rude and mean. I have been a customer of 7 Eleven my whole life. I got lost, phone off and zero money. So I put a sign in my car for Jesus Help No Gas. She called it lordering and told me to get off property thank God HEB station was next door I had no gas to make it anywhere else. Point is if you are a woman who runs out of gas in bad situation DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE BECAUSE A DEMON WORKS THERE who could care less and gets off on telling you to go treating you like you are nothing and the looks of her well she looks like a demon and she is one in Biblical times. Lol you messed with an Anointed woman good luck with that you fool.An Angel blesses me at HEB and she will be Blessed. She helped me with gas to get back and Starbucks. What a beautiful lady inside and out. Jesus sent her to me. And Jesus wants me to leave this message for the Hive mind GOT YOU LOL I AM ANOINTED

The store was very clean. And everyone was very professional, but Mindy truly went above and beyond making us feel welcome even while dealing with multiple customers. It was like we were one of the regulars even though we where just passing through! If we come through the area again i hope to see her there!
