Over the last couple years this place has been known to swindle customers. Pay very close attention to what the cost is on the display, what dollar amount you give them, and the change you get back.. and currently their gas pumps don't work. Oops? I have lived in this neighborhood for 25 years, The management that's been here the last 6 years has turned this place into a racket. I will not be back.. They get two stars instead of one because they used to be friendly, honest and convenient.

I ordered a pizza. They said they only had cheese, but they asked if I wanted jalapeños, and I said “sure.” They put jalapeños, onions, tomatoes and PICKLES on it!!!

The store is conveniently located & 24 hours. The only reason I give it a 4 put of 5 is sometimes I come in I notice to find some of the items I'm looking for the be out of stock.

Well well came in to use the bathroom super friendly staff whats the point something but what's the point cuz all the bathrooms around are around Round Rock high School are off limits I guess to the only store associates that work at these bathrooms

I have been a customer of 7-Eleven for 8 years or more. The experience has gone from very good to unpredictable. It depends on who is working most of the time. There is a high overturn of employees. And first hand from their mouth have been that they are overworked, do not receive their pay on time, nor do they receive the time and a half after working over the 40 hours that the manager has agreed upon. Some of the employees ring up items incorrectly on purpose so that the bill Rings higher than what the items cost. One incident that happened with me was I purchased one pack of cigarettes, and three hurricanes. The bill came up to something like $44. I told the employee that he rang up three packs of cigarettes and only one hurricane. He rerun it and it ended up a little bit higher. I looked at the screen of what he had put on there and he didn't erase the first sales and did the same thing on the second cell. So he erased all of that and actually did it right where I had one pack of cigarettes and three beers. Other times they have not accepted credit card payments, coupons for cigarettes sent by the cigarette companies saying that they are eligible everywhere, and recently one of the employees would not accept my debit card that has a chip in it and told me that I can only purchase if I had a card that would tap I could just tap the card. I told him very kindly b*******. You can accept this coupon and you can also accept my card because it is the only card that I have to pay with. He said okay I'll take you over to the next register. I have been witness to noon time labor people coming in and showing the rewards that they have accumulated on the 7-Eleven reward card for a pizza or a couple of drinks or what have you and they have been denied those purchases. Multiple employees over the years have complained to me as I listen and I get that kind of thing, that they are overworked the manager doesn't pay them when they're supposed to be paid they get really angry and it's very difficult to be kind to customers and I understand that when the manager is not doing what he said he was going to do or not paying them when they have worked time and a half etc etc. I hope anyone else that are having issues do this for the employees and the customers that are coming in that store something needs to be changed.

I used the atm inside this store on Jan 16. Three days later I get charged by the stores location for 349$ so this store has thief’s and also won’t answer the phone so I can sort it out.

No self pride in appearance of store front. Trash always littered in parking lot. Younger thin female with short curly hair sometimes straight hair yells at other workers in front of customers. New older sweet female worker doesn’t respond to questions. Not sure if her English is up to par. Go to QT or another 7-11. This place is poorly managed.

I came here this morning to get gas with pump 1. I tried to pay with my card but it didn't work. The screen said "go inside and pay" and I went inside and payed $30 cash' I went back and tried pumping the gas but it didn't work so I went back to tell the guy that the pump didn't work and that I need my cash back and he look at me confused so This lady name RITA came and ask what's wrong and I explaine to her what was going on but she didn't know what to do , she told me she cannot give me my cash back because she need to call the manager , I didn't have time to wait cuz a was on my way to work, so I just tell her she can write my information so I can came back later when I get out of work and I did came back around 5:20 pm and she didn't help me out she just told me to came back and a hour I did came but they still can't help me there was these guy that told me I have to come back tomorrow after 8 am and talk to ANIL , I really don't have time for this they need to pit someone who know how to do the job

I made a mistake and bought the wrong charging cable, tried to return it the next day receipt in hand. Was told I needed to return it with the manager there,came back 6 times.Finally I was told they don’t do returns even if I spoke to the manager.”That is the owners decision and he’s gone for a month you can come back and ask to speak with him then”I know this means nothing. If you’re reading this ,you probably already know what I know given the score this place has. I just needed to get it off my chest.Customer since 2017
