I ordered from California and was nervous due to past experiences sending my sister plants from other flower shops. Ann was amazing and so sweet! She texted me pictures and ideas and delivered same day. Will definitely stick with this shop!

The sign says M-F closed at 6 pm. I get there at 5:50 pm and it's closed. A legit business should stick to their hours regardless.

I Love this place for flowers!!! Ann creates such beautiful arrangements. I have ordered flowers from 1st Moment Flowers every year since 2019 and they never disappoint. I Highly Recommend ???

My mother has been using this florist to send me flowers for a couple of years. The bouquets are gorgeous and last for several days as long as I do my part. Beautiful work 1st Moment!!

I am absolutely amazed by the breathtaking standing spray created by 1st Moment Flowers. We recently lost a close friend and neighbor, and the flowers at his memorial were truly stunning. I highly recommend 1st Moment Flowers and will definitely be using their services again for future floral needs.
It's clear that this arrangement was crafted with love and exceptional talent. Every flower was perfect. I cannot express enough how impressed I am. Simply outstanding.

I placed an order last minute for same-day delivery on a Saturday. The owner called me directly and informed me that some of the flowers were not available that day for the arrangement that I chose and offered alternative flowers that would be just as lovely. It’s understandable that flowers may not be in stock for same-day delivery, so I really appreciate it that they took the time to communicate this with me and together A beautiful custom alternative that was even bigger and more eye catching than my original order!!!! when the bouquet was completed, she called and texted me a photo so I could see exactly how it turned out before it was delivered!!!! I hundred percent recommend using their services!!!

I was looking for a custom arrangement but did not schedule ahead online, and found this precious flower boutique while in the area. Ann, was extremely kind and helpful with making the magic happened for me. She not only made the beautiful custom arrangement within my budget range, but also exceeded my expectations with her work and not a long wait time at all. The bouquet left me in awe, and Ann portrays her talent through her work. Not only was it a beautiful bouquet, it delivered so many positive emotions through her hand picked arrangement! My photos probably don’t do her enough justice, but I love them!! Highly recommend and will be back for more ❤️❤️.

I needed an arrangement that was non toxic to cats. The people working here had no idea that some flowers/plants are toxic to domestic animals. I was trying to see if they could work with me in creating an arrangement that was safe for my friend that has cats. Since they had to work a bit harder and not do their typical thing, the person talking to me got really impatient and snappy. Really bad customer service if you have special requests - they can’t deal with it. Glad this happened because I found another florist that was educated on the matter and helped create a cat safe arrangement and had great customer service.

Every year Im A last minute get something for my wife kind of guy. And every year, this place never disappoints. You walk in, and they help you. They don't turn you away. They don't have the greatest selection when you are a walk-in on valentines Day. But they work with you the best they can. Try and get what you need. If you are like me, you can't expect to be cheap either. Valentines day last minute walk in is going to cost you. I paid $85 for half a dozen roses and some lillys. To be honest, it still isn't a bad deal. I have been coming for 3 years now. I will keep coming back. If you prefer order they will have anything you need. This place is great. Thank you again.

We recently lost my father-in-law and my daughter's place of employment (Naples Oral Surgery) sent an arrangement to our home. I can honestly say this is the most beautiful arrangement I've ever received! It was gorgeous from day one, but there were several buds and continued to bloom for about a week. I've made a note to order from 1st Moments when needed in the future.
