I have a Collie with an auto immune disease. The Doc knew right away without us having to tell him. (First time ever) they worked him in, last minute without hesitation and I feel They were very thorough.I think I have a new vet. He and his staff are worth the drive.

These guys are the best. You can feel comfortable with them taking care of your animals. I Been using them at least 18 years I believe and have never ever had a issue with any of my dogs. They treat your animals as if they were their own. I love small town businesses they are Great.Starla

Nurse was nice to us but wudv Been betr had we ben able to split the cost of cremation of our sweet girl into 2 payments but instead had to leave her (I'm not ok with it at all, makes it harder) bcuz landlord won't let us bury her here and Vet Said Absolutely Not ON Payments. Shud b more options for people who hav to put their pets down who r low income, on SSI, or SSDI. $400+ is not a feasible option at one time wen we barely get enough to pay bills with. Seems a little heartless to me to not want to help people who can make 2 payments to cover cremation, but the nurse put some of our babygirls fur in a little vile and did paw prints for keepsakes which we appreciated. It's time for to put life over money instead of the other way around in my opinion.

Dr Burk and staff are always friendly and ready to help whatever animal problems we have. Even my cat doesn't argue about going.

Went to take my dog in to get a worming treatment (puppy) there wasn't a doctor available so I think it was the vet assistant that I had issues with. I told her my dogs name and she rolled her eyes and said figures out loud as if I am not standing right in front of her. I felt extremely uncomfortable as she just basically gut punched me low key with stating that my dogs name isn't up to her standards. She doesn't smile or anything. Will NEVER take my dog back to this vet, they don't deserve my money or my dogs time. I have never been happier going to snyder texas for appointments.
