I will never shop at this CVS again the lady in the front named kimberlee is the worse sells associate I have come in contact with. She chooses who she wants to help. I love CVS as a company but her as a person working for y’all is bad. She gives the face of cvs a bad name . I will make sure to take my money to another cvs where I’m treated nice. Also, I asked her if there was someone else who worked there that could help me and she told me I just had to wait so I left.

New to the area… closest pharmacy to us. No call or text, even though requested to get text messages when prescription is ready. Waited over 25 minutes in line to get medication. The tech looked around everywhere for more than 5 minutes before asking for help from another staff member. No one bothered to tell me what’s going on as to why there is a delay. I saw the pharmacy tech putting the medication in the bag, as if it was ready. When asked if the prescription was ready or not, the pharmacy tech said the medication was ready. The medication was not in the bag, sealed, like other medications ready for pick up when I asked her that question. My total time waiting there was over 30 minutes. Absolutely horrible service, the attitude was just unnecessary.

Will not be doing business with CVS over a simple $2 coupon the system would not take on a $11 purchase. I stood around for about five minutes and was told my coupon didn't match my phone number. The clerk asked where I got the coupon. I told her it was attached to my receipt from a prescription l had picked up last week. She was going to have to go to the pharmacy to verify my purchase to see if she could match some numbers in order to honor the $2 coupon. Please CVS... you lost a customer over $2!What a headache ? over a $2 coupon! ?CVS you need so train your staff on your customer service initiatives provided you have some! ?

I love this place they are always so nice and helpful. A lot of the negative reviews are stating issues like slow wait times, please understand that all Pharmacies are understaffed and there aren’t enough pharmacy technicians. Even though this pharmacy is stretched so thin, they have always had great customer service. Love this place.

If I can give them a zero I would have. Horrible and unprofessional. Not only did they lose my drivers license after trying to convince me they returned it to me surprise surprise I receive a phone call that they found it. When I attempted to retrieve it they didn't even have the decency to give it to the store manager when they closed. Their response when I requested the manager to call them was "I have to pick up my kid". I have kids too and I have to work tomorrow at 4am with my drivers license. So there priorities is more important then mine? They were sloppy in their duties yet I have to pay the cost? Run run away from this unprofessional establishment and their unprofessional pharmacists. I understand mistakes happen and I understand techs are over worked and underpaid but whatever they are paying this tech and pharmacy is obviously too much for the disregard and unprofessional they exemplify to their customers. You will never have to worry about me again. My money spends good at Walgreens and Walmart just as well. I wouldn't recommend this location to my enemy not based off their mistake but off the principal of them not doing their best to rectify a situation they caused.

I'm 60yo disabled in HORRIFIC pain 24/7 with 4 autoimmune diseases causing me to be bedridden 80% of the time! This is the worst CVS pharmacy ever! They need to pay more money to hire better employees! They don't have an answering machine yet it can take days to get through on the phone! One pharmacist told me I need to fix my CVS app problems myself when I told him to STOP running prescriptions without my permission because they keep running scripts I no longer take or ones my doctor prescribed in a different strength! What kind of business runs like this!?! I'm calling the district manager today!

This pharmacy is garbage. When to pick up my son's medications and inhaler because he has pneumonia. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. 25 of those minutes they allowed someone to sit and wait for their prescription. When I got to the window just so happens thier computer shut down.

I called pharmacy and they never answer my call. I drove to their store to ask a COVID test Kit. Pharmacist took at leat 30 second to think what is a COVID Test Kit. No body helped me to check if my insurance can cover the test or not. they look so busy and slow.
