Ana Mercedes and Pharmacist Jenny filled my prescription within an hour 30 minutes before closing and called me to tell me the Rx was ready. Being that I was dealing with a sick little one, this excellent experience provided relief to an already stressful night. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

Horrible customer service rude, staff need to be trained on how to communicate with paying customers and the mgn just doesn't care

They can never get it right at this location. The customer service here is just terrible and so unprofessional. Cashier at the front was talking on her phone through her ear peace, and halfway through, she acknowledged us. She was having a conversation that was inappropriate.

Beyond furious to say the least!! I tried calling and they placed me on hold over 8 minutes while I was enroute to the location. Let's just say I made it there before they even answered to help me on the phone. I get there and the lady at the drive thru told me that my medication would not be done until after 2 pm because the medication was coming from Dallas today. Mind you my Dr put the order in yesterday around noon time.This medication is extremely needed for me so I called after leaving to see if can be transferred to a different Walgreens. She told me they have it just hasn't been processed so give her an hour. So you lied to me about you not having it at all and that it a was coming from Dallas?? She told me no she didn't lie....... What would you call telling me you don't have the medicine to process it right now but then you do

The staff is nice but super busy. However, if they do not respect appointment times for vaccination. So, if you choose this location for your next vaccination, be ready to spend 45+ minutes from your confirmed appointment time.They are also a bit 'sneaky'... Appointment time 6:10...checked in at 6pm...received receipt showing a time of 6:27pm as 'waiting'... See picture.

Walgreens your staff is horrible. This is the 2nd time we've waited in line for half an hour to an hour in the drive thru for medicine. Tonight, your staff says I will have it for you tomorrow. I said, No. It's amoxicillin, you can't tell me your out of amoxicillin. Maam, we're busy. I don't care how busy you are. I want my child's medicine. Fine. I will have it for you in an hour and a half. I said, so you actually have the medicine. I want it now. She said the best I can do it half an hour. Lazy f'n ***holes. You have the medicine, but don't want to do your job. Meanwhile you're okay with letting kids suffer. Do better. This is garbage service. Once again, I'm supposed to just be okay with incompetence. Negative, not today.

I moved my prescriptions here because my cvs location has closed down. When you try to call them they will put you on hold forever. I went in and told them my concern and I said I will tell corporations they said go ahead. This is the type of business you be conducting? If I have other options I will not come here at all. I wish someone can make their service faster.

Will claim that they can’t find your copay with your insurance and make you pay for it with cash. We showed them the price on GoodRX and it didn’t matter. Staff was polite.

Terrible experience at the pharmacy here. I think they were high. Losing meds that were under my name, in and out in 40 minutes. Never again.

THIS IS THE WORST! Not just “Walgreens” but the worst pharmacy staff ever. I experience rude people often these days but to hit the trifecta? Rude, lazy and incompetent? That’s hard to do and still be employable. Just read the reviews and you can see this is not a new phenomenon at this Walgreens. Every time , no matter how far ahead you place an order, you will always wait AND get an attitude from the pharmacy staff. Like it’s the customers fault they’re incompetent. Stop putting up with it! Use the power of your dollars to get rid of these companies that don’t respect your money or patronage. I for one am done. I switched to OPTUMRX, my prescription are far cheaper, they come straight to my door on time every time. No hassle! Takes a bit of setting up but trust me, it is far superior to Walgreens NON-Customer service. I’m so happy since I stopped using this particular “dumpster fire” of unprofessional people behind the pharmacy glass. Who manages this pharmacy? They don’t deserve a rating, they deserve to be fired!

Been coming here for a while to get my prescriptions and all had been OK till past few months. I agree with alot of the negative reviews. Rude and you can see alot of carelessness from workers. Im so tired of people being so rude at a place they choose to work. Be treated as you would want to be treated. Im sure if it was them they would not like it. I'll be switching where I get my prescriptions.

The pharmacy staff are always busy but they try to get the line down quickly. The store itself is organized and clutter free. Plenty of parking available.

They never have the medication in stock when you are trying to do a prescriptions. Several times I have to wait at least 2 days for medication. I'll be changing locations.

By far the best pharmacy in town. I am thoroughly satisfied by their service. Once, a senior pharmacy technician went out of her way to assist me with a prescription. Pharmacy staff, especially the manager is very informative and friendly.

The people who worked in the pharmacy were soooo sweet and HARD working. Honestly anyone who complains about them is just entitled and spoiled. There wasn't a dull moment behind that counter and people were even being snooty, but they all kept positive attitudes. I'm always coming back here. I've been to other pharmacy's and they were just down right rude. This is a great team!
