if i can give 0 stars i would... they don't even deserve 1 star. no one answers the phone... you go to the pharmacy.. you get an attitude...justt quit men... if your lives are miserable there... get people who can
work with customer service skills

I was just released yesterday from the hospital after being in icu from finding out I have type 2 diabetes. I went to pick up my insulin and the pharmacy tech had an attitude, threw my medication on the counter as well as the phone, when I asked if the syringes were with the one insulin they did have. She asked what kind of syringes i needed, and again im new to this so i said i dont know, which ever ymi need for the insulin. She walked off and came back and said they had no syringes, which I found to be a lie, and I left not being able to take my insulin. I called back today (6/10/24) to find out they did have the syringes, and this other pharmacy tech did not want to check if other Walgreens had my other insulin, and just had attitude as well. I don't think they take their jobs seriously and have no care if the customer gets their meds. It's ridiculous, and I will never have my meds sent there again.

The guy manger is just rude and not very friendly towards customers, if he don't like his job then he should get different kind of job.at first I smiled said hi he just look at me stupid, then I ask him question he was just rude about it.

Don’t waste your time here!! Don’t expect your medication the same day . I waited in line for 30mins to tell me my prescription isn’t ready .

I like this location better than the others in my area. Old school, still has everything and nothing is impossible to find than the new refurbished stores. Lots of items in stock on the shelves unlike the newly upgraded locations.

Pharmacy needs more employees. Long wait times. When calling pharmacy no one answers or you are put on hold and no one comes back to my call after 20-30-40 minutes and mostly I get clicked off. Yesterday I called all day and after on hold, and getting hung up on, I never could get my called answered or talked to any one. The automated system couldn't help me with their prompts. I was always put on unanswered calls.I don't blame the staff because they are working their butts off.There is only 2 workers at pharmacy counter and they have to do drive thru, answer phones and try to help customers and finding prescriptions and ring up prescriptions and that is not possible with all the volume your store does. If there was any time between all these duties, you still need more employees thru out the store. God Bless Your present staff. Poor store management.Please fix this quickly. This has been a problem for a long time.Location is Ave H & Millie.

This pharmacy is the absolute WORST one I have ever been to. You wait close to 30 minutes in the drive-thru for someone to even help you. There's no way to turn around and leave so you're stuck in line until everyone in front of you is finished. The technicians are extremely rude, unprofessional, and seem to not know how to do their job. There have been many times where I come to pick up my prescriptions that they said were ready and upon getting to the window they try to charge me the price without insurance. I've had to provide my insurance information multiple times only for them to keep telling me that I never had any insurance on file with them. I tried to get an important prescription filled and kept being told that it wasn't ready because it was out of stock but that it would be available the next day, so I called two days later since I hadn't heard anything and was told the same thing. I went back and forth with them about 4 different times. After a little more than a week, I called, yet again, and was told that they didn't have any information about a prescription on file for me. I'm not a confrontational person, so I got back with my doctor so he could send another Rx request to them. I was told the same thing about it being out of stock. This went on for 3 or 4 more days until the last time I called and was told that my insurance won't cover another 90 day supply and that I would have to come back in 3 months when I'm due for a refill... What? They told me that it showed my prescription was delivered to my home TWO WEEKS AGO by door dash. I never even signed up for home delivery, and my doorbell camera never picked up anyone coming to my door. The woman I was speaking to on the phone was very very rude and raised her voice at me saying that I needed to calm down and that I just probably didn't remember that I picked it up. It took me 2 MORE days until I was able to speak to a manager about this. After much fuss, they contacted my insurance to get it fixed so they could cover another prescription. 2 more days go by before I even get the prescription finally. At this point I had been off of it for so long that I had to restart from a lower dose and work my way back up to the dose I was originally at. Whose idea was it to allow prescriptions to be delivered without a signature when I have to show ID at the actual store in order to pick it up in person? I have contacted corporate in hopes that they shut this location down or that they hire a new pharmacist and technicians who don't stand around on their phones and stand around laughing with the other employees while there's a line in store and out. I don't want a reply on this review from the 'business owner' trying to justify what's going on at this location, or asking me to fill out something and "provide more information" so they can "better assist me". I want what every other person who has left a bad review of this place wants: resolution of these problems.

Today I went to the store and I saw 3 workers in the clearance aisle during their work hours, moving away from all the clearance and neglecting their positions and I even saw a young lady at the checkout waiting to be attended to pay and had to go look for the staff So that they could attend to her kindly, she told them, can you please charge me and one of them answered no and they laughed. AMI, it was disrespectful to me that that girl didn't pay and join me after leaving that store.

Terrible place, it is always dirty and the people are very rude when serving customers, it bothers them to even do their job… I do not recommend this store at all.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but they had almost no kids medication. Had to end up going to Walmart to get what I needed.
