James in the Rosenberg location is very helpful, cares about the animals and customers concern. I am a first time pet owner and he made me feel better about not knowing much . I am very happy with my service.

I drove 35 minutes to get to this clinic since I had a bad experience at the River Oaks clinic. My first visit was fine. That’s why I came back, even with the drive. I sat for over an hour and a half, even with a scheduled appointment, to be taken back to a room. Now I have been sitting for 45 minutes and haven’t see the vet. A tech did come in and get some information. I am so frustrated! I love my dog. She is sick. Otherwise, I would’ve already left.

I felt at peace going to them for my Frenchies sick appointment. My first encounter was with a nice lady named Maleah she was so friendly and patient with me, she answered all my concerns and listen without rushing me. I was between taking my dog to vet and working remotely (in a meeting) when DR came in room and she guided me the best she could on my dog. I wish this location was closer to my home in Missouri City/Sugarland, but I will get use to the drive for 100 percent expectational service. Banfield within PetSmart has nothing on them.

Edited 03/25/2024: Well, it’s looking like they’re just like all the other “new age” vets - only concerned with money, not service. 1 office visit, blood work, 2 fecal tests and an antibiotic = $700 and cannot get anyone to return my calls about how my dog is doing. NEVER again will I post a review until the service is completely done!Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The whole vet area is clean and well maintained.Haven’t found a vet since my lifelong one retired. Most are only concerned with money but have no knowledge - as in specific information of certain things. My tiny Boston ended up with a GI issue that we could not solve at home. Just took a chance with a PETCO vet since I’ve been to most all in a 40 mile radius. The dr understood what was going on and listened/took notes on everything I said. Best part is Molly liked everyone. That’s saying something because she’s not a touchy feely dog. Only got a little pissy when taking blood - completely understandable.

I contacted Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital to inquire about the prices for a cat visit and vaccinations. Unfortunately, I felt that the person who answered the phone was not accommodating enough. I explained that French is my first language, and it was challenging for me to understand all the vaccination names and prices. Despite my request for a total cost, she declined to provide one. Due to this negative experience, I have reservations about entrusting my pets to this facility.

The Vet Tech, a young African American lady, made our entire experience so welcoming and stress-free. She deserves an astronomical raise!! First, she saw us in the waiting area and immediately acknowledged us and asked if we had been helped yet. Although the vet was not ready for us yet, she kindly offered if we wanted to wait inside one of the rooms because the lobby was a bit loud. Lastly, she was very curteous throughout the whole process of asking for our pet’s history and information. I think her name was Maleah, but we can’t remember. Her customer service was so good we will make the 1hr drive again just to visit this location!

Rude and unprofessional. Called to ask for neutering prices. Which ever man picked up the phone and left us on hold at 5:50pm on 9/22 should be re-trained, written up or fired.

They cancelled the our appointment twice. We needed a health certificate for our dog to take a flight and with few hours we run to find another vet.
