I walked in the store expectingthat my order was ready for pick up and all the changes were made and completed with the one hour conversation talk over the phone.But OH No! Nothing was done except the purchase of the Wi-Fi box and it wasn’t ready to be picked up!!!?I was very disappointed and rude.Angel got the wrath of my disappointment.Angel you need an award for customer service, you were calm and sweet even though I was fuming. I apologize so much to you.I will alway come into the store and ask for you, Angel ?

Excellent wonderful customer service!! Took mom to upgrade her phone yesterday and they were very awesome!! They took care of us and walked us through everything!! It's worth the drive!! One of the better Verizon Stores!!

This place was great. Got my grandmothers iPad covered with the glass shield. Guy cleaned it went on nicely. My grips : 1)would be the man was working alone and the line quickly backed up. 2)Not very many places to sit for the elderly that is needed. 3)Also why have other people there just to set up shop in the corner rather than help the guy with a line of people. Really didn't understand the man with crossed arms wondering aimlessly 4) Police man was sitting inside to hang out. Was the store robbed? 5)Fix lights at opening? Having the ladder near the entrance. The man behind the counter 5 stars for being calm collected and pulling it off all alone.

Visited store on Tuesday morning to troubleshoot a problem with my Dad's phone and get some advice. Edgar helped us and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He was able to explain best options to my Dad about a future phone purchase, and immediately figured out what was wrong with my Dads current phone! What a great shopping experience!!

I've been to this Verizon location several times over the past 4 years dealing with several of my Mother's phone issues. The staff is phenomenal and never disappoints. From a missing SIM card to simple setting issues or purchasing a new phone they always provide excellent service. Believe me when I say they have the patience of Jobe dealing with a 79 year old woman who barely can answer her mobile phone much less explain or understand the issues. I've worked with other Verizon stores but I have to say this store has my vote for Best Customer Service.

Horrible service. Sales Representative took off behind locked door said he would be right back after waiting 5 minutes another salesperson asked if I had been helped and could tell I was tired of waiting went and told my salesperson I was waiting, still no salesperson......waited for a while and just left . I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years . I will just order online from now on or switch to another provider.
