Affordable. Wonderful staff. Lots of amenities. Easy way to pay rent & split the rent if needing to for the month. Able to get maintenance within 24 hours of request if not urgent. 10/10

Good place to make it home. This is my 2nd lease here. New management changing some policies, and i hope those will be for residents safety. Overall having great experience as a reseident. Maintenance team is really active & helpful, especially "Eduardo" is their Gem worker.
