Don't rent here. Rented a climate controlled unit here and when I moved in, the air wasn't working in the building. Mentioned the issue to the manager, Jennifer, who assured me that it was getting fixed and weeks later after that conversation, it still is not fixed. They obviously don't care about their tenants. For an on-site manager that lives full-time on the property, I was expecting a lot more. Property is not kept up with and repairs are not completed in a timely manner, if at all. Jennifer is super lazy. So much so, she can't even make herself available during the office hours posted on the office door. She'll lock up the office on a whim and head upstairs to her apartment for an afternoon nap. There has even been occasions where the office has been closed for days because she didn't feel like working I guess. Very unprofessional. There are better self-storage properties in the area. Don't rent here.

Jennifer at MoveIt Rosenberg is amazing. She was a huge help, always available, and always kind. Getting in and out of the gate is always easy and the units are very secure. Definitely recommend!

I went to this location in desperate need of a storage unit and a truck. I was greeted with a smile from Jennifer. She was able to answer all my questions. The property was very clean and she took me on a tour and showed me my unit. The checkout process was so smooth and fast. I highly recommend this place for all your needs. Thanks Jennifer ?

I am using this storage facility now. They have done a really nice job for me. Management has been very polite and helpful, and I feel like my stuff is safe and secure. Its clean and organized and the price is fair.
