I am a local businessman owner that comes to Cost Cutter in Rosenberg, Tx with my wife on a regular basis for hair cuts and color. We always come and get taken care of by Ms Veronica. She is an excellent person in her service and makes sure customer satisfaction is always met. Today, as we were getting our hair cuts and colors done there were 5 customers who came in for hair cuts but no one was there to help Ms Veronica to assist those customers. As a business owner (Accountant) this not very positive for business because this means management is not able to help in the profitability of the business do to lack of staff members. Hope someone can help Ms Veronica in providing good service before the loss continues and we have to go somewhere else because of business closing.

Veronica Elizaldi has been cutting my hair for many years and I appreciate her talents and listening skills. She has good rapport with all her customers. I say this because she has many many loyal customers, that is why you have to book an appointment with her way in advance. Yolanda is the only person I would allow within 30’ of my head in this salon. She does a great job and follows my direction perfectly. It’s my hair and I’m offended by hair stylist doing what they want to do instead of what I want. The stylist hours should be posted and appointments should be available online.

Worst salon ever Gloria did my son cut she showed me really bad attitude and give my son a cut on his ear worst service trying to connect to store manager no one pick the call!don’t go to Gloria the attitude lady ever.

I don't know WHO everyone else saw, but SUE WAS GREAT!! I have long hair, and she was very gentle, and even talked to me about how to keep from losing so much hair. I will take all her suggestions and definitely use them. She just made my day, and I would give her 10 stars if I could!! Thank you!!

I need to share my experience at this location yesterday. Juanita Hicks was the only haircutter working. I asked for a wash, cut and blow dry not knowing that they charge $27.00 for the blow dry. Once at the wash station Juanita decided to take a very personal call discussing female menstrual problems. She was not paying attention to what she was doing at the wash station that she lost control of the sprayer and sprayed me in the face. Then I was moved to the chair and she took another personal call from the same person discussing the same personal female issues. I told her I wanted 3" off the back of my hair then reshape the layers and frame the face. She showed me the amount of hair in her hands and it looked correct. Then she proceeded to blow dry. She didn't use any tools, ie. brush, just blow dryer and her hand using downward strokes and hitting me in the head with the blow dryer at the bottom of my head with each stroke. After a few hits I finally told her that the blow dryer hitting my head was hurting me. She softly apologized and then started using the brush. Then she lost control of the blow dryer altogether and dropped the entire weight of the blow dryer on my head. Now mind you the length of my hair was very long, to the middle of my back. When I looked at the results in the mirror she had cut off 8-10 inches. Blunt cut straight across, absolutely no shape. Bottom line, she should not be cutting anyones hair and quite honestly fired. System doesn't allow for negative stars, I want to give a negative * review.

I went in to take my mother for a haircut, and at first everything was good. After the lady (missed her name but she had an accent with black hair) started to cut my moms hair she started to gave me attitude when i asked her to show me how much an inch more of hair would be. Instead of just showing me and explaining that when it dries it will spring up she snaps at me saying, ‘then What do you want? Show me. Show me what you want.’ And starts huffing and puffing. I asked her if there was a way for mo mother to see the cut from behind, (like at other salons they get a hand mirror and reflect it on the main mirror) and she looks at me like i am stupid!!! The customer service was terrible. Her fellow employee was asking her client how short is it okay this is how it looks like and such with a smile on her face but this lady needs to work on her attitude. Never coming back here again if i can help it, and if i do i will never be that lady’s customer ever again

Been coming to this location for years when it was tgf. Since the change to cost cutters it's been very hit and miss..Last 3 times here there was only one person working. Today was told a 45 minute wait. Won't be back again....

The manger wasn’t very friendly or professional when I simply asked for a back room or partition in order to remove my scarf. She just lost a lot of customers!!!!!!
