The people were very friendly and were a pleasure to do business with. The building was always clean every time were came to our unit. The unit itself was clean when we rented it. All in all five stars for this facility!!

definitely recommend to rent a storage unit here! Been a loyal costumer for almost year now and I can tell you that Robbin and Tom are so sweet and kind. They helped me pick the storage of my need and they always keep their prices affordable! Great experience with no issues and if I ever need a space to store again I would definitely come back here.

Summer lakes self storage was an ideal place for me for my short term needs. The facility is first class and very clean. It was always accessible and there was no clutter to be seen anywhere. Front desk folks were polite, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this facility.

Summer Lakes self storage has really helped us with our storage needs, but not only that, these guys have really helped out in a time of need, and I am grateful for these guys and what they do. Very secure might I add!!

Absolutely the best storage facility in Rosenberg/Richmond area. Facility is well maintained and secure. Staff onsite is amazingly helpful and accommodating.

Customer service was lacking. We have rented from uhaul several times, this was the first time for this location. If you are a minority, wouldn’t recommend. Felt as if they didn’t want business from minorities. We rented anyways since we were on a time crunch, the experience was uninviting and uncomfortable to say the least. We asked for a day rental and a couple hours after signing, received a text asking us to return the truck in 3 hours. Very strange. Lack of communication. Recommend going further down the road to a different uhaul dealer for better customer service.
