Tonight bought a 6 pk of Dos Equis and 6 pk of Michelobe Ultra, $30. Get home and can't drink them because they're flat. No bubbles whatsoever. Go back to store to exchange for fresh pks & was told they couldn't do anything for me. Absolutely disgusting they'll sell bad products and not even try to make it right.

The Cashiers here don’t know or do anything. They sit behind the counter and laugh while talking about another co-worker’s underwear in Spanish while customers are in the store. My daughter was purchasing something off of one of their 75% racks and took it to the cashier and she told my daughter that it doesn’t look like it came from there like my child was trying to steal! If she would have came from the counter instead of assuming she would have seen it. I will be calling cooperate because this is unacceptable.

NO MAINTENANCE ON THE FUEL PUMPS DO NOT GET FUEL. FUEL pumps are VERY slow a sign of dirty filters. If they have bags over most of the pumps do not go. I didn't realize they had a bunch bagged. Stopped to get diesel 5 minutes it pumped $2.00. Went down the street to exxon pumped 20 gallons $62 worth before I finished this review.

One cashier tells me one thing about coffee refills for police, military and first responders and the next day another cashier has a different policy. It's irritating to come in with the same routine almost everyday for it to be undone by inconsistent employees.

My issue isn't with the cashiers, they are very courteous. My issue is with whoever is cooking this Menudo and meat,,,,,,the carnitas are like chewing rubber i don't even think they are fully cooked and thats with whatever meat they have at the taco bar, it is so tough or undercooked also the meat is always either too seasoned to where it's over powering or not enough seasoning. My point is there is no middle ground. Whoever is in charge needs to becareful what she puts out because she will end up getting people real sick with under cooked pork or meats in general. I also noticed these female taco makers are so friendly and sweet and helpful with the male customers but let a woman stand there, they don't say anything or the mood completely changes and they are very rude and cold. Just watch them lol you'll see 👀

I walked around a display & accidentally walked in front of an employee sweeping. I apologized & they let out a huge exaggerated sigh, rolled their eyes, & started muttering at me. Totally weird experience. 0/10 do not recommend.

I never used delivery services also 7-Eleven now. And this is why! I live at the Henry at Rosenberg Apartments in Rosenberg Texas ZIP code 77471. It is 5:00 a.m. and I am waiting for my ride to work at the front office. I look over and I see an order sitting in front of the office doors that was delivered around 2:23 a.m. this morning. I assumed it was dropped off at the office door because they could not access the gates. And yes there are perishable items in the order. The order was for Ashton G.in Apt 2157.

HORRIBLE coffee station. VERY combative manager. Sonya to be exact. UNCLEAN. Store certainly does not represent the Seven 11 franchise well. My husband and I are frequents and it’s ALWAYS the same atmosphere.
