If I could give 0 stars I would. Very dirty, never have working gas pumps, long lines, cashiers munching and talking with their coworkers while there’s long lines. The Stripes on Minonite behind Kroger’s I think is way better. They need to replace the whole team here.

I would avoid this place. They have no idea how to run the pumps.. My mom just left this place. They charged her 30 dollars in gas and would not give her gas or refund. She has to go back up there tomorrow because their was no manager.

Walked in place is dirty. One employee was talking to a friend at the register cursing and too busy to take care of customers. If I could put 0 star I would.

2 cards compromised in 2 weeks. Service employee behind Taco bar complained of having to make order of 8 tacos on a Sunday morning.

*SCAM ALERT!!I thought this location gotten their Credit Card Skimmer situation under control by putting a Red Label on the Pump Card Scanners and advise the customers to never use the pumps if the tape is broken.Now almost all the tapes had been removed and personally knew 3 people who had unauthorized transactions in their Debit cards in different Stripes Locations (Under "SUNOCO" in the bank Statements)!!I refuse to believe that all those Cameras in the building had never busted those inputing Skimmer Devices, which leads me to believe their Security Systems are inept or the Credit Card information theft is an Inside Job.Nevertheless, I'm avoiding pumping gas from this location until either they have their Card Skimmer situation under control or the location shuts down.

Saw multiple employees walk into the store with no mask and then started working behind the food counter without masks or gloves. Also ALWAYS check the expiration date of foods here. Everything I try to get - food OR drink - is either expired or almost expired.

They have delicious tacos BUT today I went and they gave me this foam number after I ordered... it was FILTHY! I explain how unsanitary it was to give out dirty, used numbers for food at a gas station but they did not seem to care. Who knows the amount of germs are on each of those foam numbers in that tub. People just came off the road, pumping gas, using their phones that go with them everywhere and you think it’s a clever idea to put foam (you can’t clean them) numbers in a plastic tub for all to handle before you give out tacos!?!?!? Where do I complain to make a difference?

Alway have had good service here but the other day I went in to get coffee after my long 13 hour shift at the hospital. They had some update that messed with their Google and Apple pay, I didn't have another form of payment, now it was early during the morning rush and the cashier staff was not the friendliest. They were training someone new and it was probably just an off day for them but the manager, I wish I got his name but he demonstrated beautifully all the core values of a positive customer service oriented company. A true asset to the company, might even be wasted talent he should be a part of if not a leading role in customer service excellence training.

Place is a dump card readers on pumps never work, taco service is the slowest ever no one attemps to even hustle even when the line is almost to the drink coolers, salsa bar has gnats and looks like its wiped once a day if that, soda fountain area is also always unkempt lifx everywhere spills not wiped on the counters, usually only 1 cashier, boxes stacked all over, piles of trash not swept up probably because it's understaffed, and noticed the smoke detector has some pink foam taped over the sensor probably a fire hazard and against code. Place sucks hopefully they close down.

The store is on its way downhill and fast. I went in this morning and the store was a mess, employees standing around and they were playing spanish music full blast in the back. I don't want to hear that garbage, Stripes is not La Michocana. Typical Rosenberg establishment getting trashed by the community.
