Outstanding Service from Ms. Lang at Southwest Mitsubishi! From beginning of the sale where she provided top notch expert and caring service which supported my decision to purchase my brand new Mitsubishi Outlander. To the business portion of the purchase, where Ms. Lang did a fantastic job explaining all my options and costs. This was literally the most efficient experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Ms. Lang even went on further to exceed her commitments by making sure that I was happy with follow up vehicle servicing and maintenance. I walked in with very little optimism today but, with Haley Lorca’s professionalism, kindness and, most importantly, her point to listen to what I liked and wanted, that started to change. She had no problem listening, going over multiple choices for me to get what was best for me. When I walked out today with my brand new 2024 Outlander, I was feeling optimistic. Haley is not only a fantastic saleswoman but just a fantastic woman in general. TY! Haley gets 5 Stars for sure!

Paid early and they still love to manage to disable my vehicle, I get in to go to work and guess what. To be paying over 800$ a month, I shouldn't have this problem. No call, no reminder, no grace, even though I paid early. Get it together. Can't go to work, can't pay note, and they won't understand in the end anyways.
