The management at this salon is very unprofessional. Me and my wife just recently bought a house and moved in the area and they made a lot of broken promises to her, she asked for a Pacific hair color showing them pictures of hair colors To match, she also asked if the products they use will damage her hair, they told her the supervisor mixes them in the back himself, and they will not damage her hair. Unfortunately when she came home she started crying because her hair was falling out..
I asked her multiple times what is wrong. she told me that her hair is ruined, they didn’t even want to dry her hair. They didn’t even wanna dry a small piece to show the correct color of her hair color. They gave multiple excuses why they couldn’t dry her hair and they send her home with wet hair.
As a business owner that is not the way you do business on a professional level. This is not the way you treat unsatisfied customers. The next day she asked for a refund but they denied her refund.
Later on my wife left a review, within that same hour the manager called my wife threatening and harassing her to remove the review. Yelling at my wife threatening her to take legal action.
Unfortunately you can’t run a hair salon acting like the mafia demanding people what to do. Insulting, lying, and manipulating people.
I will follow up with the Better Business Bureau to report this salon.
When my wife came home she went in the shower and the die washed out of her hair immediately. I am a witness.
I’m going to post before and after pictures of my wife’s hair. I highly suggest anybody coming here not to go here because they are liars and scam artists, if they could lie to us and threaten us I would worry about The credibility of the products they use. Here is before an after pictures. Keep in mind I am a hard-working person. I had to spend my hard-working money taking her to another hair salon to correct their mistakes. I’m spending a lot of money on treatments because they dried out of her hair. Once again I advise you not to go here.
Later on going to file a lawsuit for defamation of character and threatening. They insulted my wife for not reading our spelling properly.
You don’t treat customers like that.

They should have this place completely shut down since the manger slash hair stylist D is having a hard time admitting she destroyed my hair and have zero options to fix it except speaking to her super visor that was no help at all I would say change hair stylist but they need to shut this place down 25 years of experience but your clients walk out unhappy with damaged hair maybe the super visor needs to grab those scissors and start doing it him self

so if your planning on doing a hair color i highly recommend you dont!! do it here since they also mentioned the supervisor mixes the color him self that should of been a red flag so i came in showing a picture of how i wanted my hair color witch was cow bow copper my hair was a light brown slightly redish with a filler so it Shouldn’t be that hard to lift Regardless of not getting the color I wanted the hair dye they used dried out my hair so bad When I got home with wet hair because she refused a blowout My hair stored falling out like crazy The next day, I spoke to the supervisor over the phone and he was very Empathetic he did offer to redo my color, but he did not understand that my hair was dried out from the first color they used, and I did not feel comfortable with dee The lady that did my hair I have dyed my hair many colors before in the past, and since this is not bleach, it should not dry out my hair like this As A good manager and supervisor Insisting that they run a big company With many SH salons in houston He refused to give me a refund of $150 i am Eight unsatisfied customer my hair is Extremely damaged After using their hair color I did send before and after pictures he still was vary nonecareing and did not understand the fact that I could not undergo another color because my hair was so damaged from the first color he kept on insisting I should come in and do another round of color he did not respect the fact that I was uncomfortable and scared this is definitely not the place to dye your hair!!!! i walked out with damaged hair And Not getting the color that I wanted also end up paying $150

I ended up using a different lady than I normally do (but have used this one twice) BIG MISTAKE. Took 3 hours and hair came out nothing like the two photos I requested. (they have done it before so I know it can be done). I specifically said I do not curl my hair under or out i only completely straighten it and what does she do curls it under. After all of it I paid over $300 for hair nothing like my photos or that I really like. I won't make the mistake of using her again and if I am going to pay that I will just go somewhere else. (Note their prices online are not what you will pay. Example full highlights start at $90 well they charge $130 not sure anyone pays the $90 so be aware)

I don’t normally trust people to cut my hair but I trust myself less. With that being said:
I walked in wanting bangs and showed a picture.
May was hair Artist/stylist that took me.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about her.
She took what I wanted and made it 20x better and cuter.
May definitely knows what she is doing!!!
I have found someone I will trust with me and my Families hair.
I recommend this place out of all the places you could go in this area.

Alex y very good but there Is a person named maría that nake my last visit a nightmarre she screamed me in front of my son and argue with me calling me liar because my son want a line and she don't know how to do it so she let another person do it it was wrong the guy mess up and she argue with me for no reason the manager did not handle the situation at all so I Will never go back I was showing a pic of what my son want and what he ended up having and maría use something to point on my Phone very rude anyway Just avoid this person if you go there again Alex is great

I’m very confused about this operation , I have been trying to call the salon to confirm my appointment with Mary on Monday and there was no answer!!! I find that very unprofessional for an establishment of this nature to be with no contact!!

Had a great experience. I believe my stylist’s name was Alex. I booked the morning of, and chopped 5-6 inches of dead hair off and I LOVE my healthy fresh results. Great conversation too. Thank you SH. ❤️
