I think part of buying barbacoa by the pound is that you need to get everything you need with it. They didn't give me lemons, cilantro, or onions for my tacos.

Weekend meats, barbacoa, carnitas and the chicharrĂ³n are the things that keeps me coming back even though the ladies working there forget your order most of the time.. I even tried post sticks with my order written on it and they still mess my orders..but the tacos are worth it...the tortillas are also very good. Fresh.
