When purchasing our Bad Boy mower owner Curtis O'brien was very knowlegeable about the mower and it's capabilities. Curtis and his staff were very professional and got us in and out in a timely fashion through out the entire purchase process very professional. He even delivered our mower to us the same day within an hour of purchasing. Since then I have taken my mower for routine maintenance and have had nothing but the best customer service from S&S Small Engine Repair, I even bought a bad boy leaf blower and let me tell you this thing blows! If you don't have one i recomend you getting one you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Curtis and all your staff at S&S small Engine Repair I will definately recommend you to others! top notch in my book!

I needed a recoil starter for an old generator. I went to S&S looking for this obscure part. They didn't have one, but they looked at my recoil starter and were able to fix it. He did the whole repair in 10 minutes for $15. I really feel like they went out of their way to be helpful. If I ever need a small engine part, I would come here. Highly recommended!

I can see why this rating is so low. I'm actually surprised it isn't lower. I called to see if they could put my belt back on. I a guy who does repairs on them tell me the belt sliped off, because grass got under it. I was also going to have them sharpen the blade. The "lady" who answered the phone was not helpful at ALL. I don't see how you can run a business when you have the potential to gain a customer and you run them off, because of a lack of desire to just be helpful. I can't see this place gaining enough new business to sustain, but good luck to them. Very least, get that "lady" out of the front office.

Bought a zero turn from here and the customer service is just amazing. Had something on my zero turn break and these guys had it ready for pick up the next day! I highly recommend coming here for buying & fixing equipment.

I am writing to apologize for a review I recently posted about your store. I was told a story about an experience at your establishment, and based on that, I wrote a review. However, it has come to light that the situation was not exactly as I was led to believe.
There is an old saying that there are three sides to every story, and in this case, I should have taken that to heart. I have since deleted the review, as it was based on hearsay and not on verified facts.

I took a generator that hadn't worked in over two years. Curtis came out. He was very friendly. He took a look at it and told me the carburetor was all clogged up with some bad fuel. Within the same week, he took care of it. I came back, and it was a lot cheaper than the previous place that told me I needed a new motor. I highly recommend S&S Small Engine Repair.
