This week I called Rosenberg Tractor to inquire about a lawnmower I was unfamiliar with. I spoke with Richard, who was informative and patient with me. I was impressed with him as well as the machine. What impressed me even more was the preparation the company gives to each machine purchased there before it leaves the shop. It an insurance to buyers who have made a sizable purchase, and this effort also gives the new buyer a peace of mind before he ever uses the machine. I told Richard that all companies should be so thorough. Talking to Richard was a refreshing experience for me.

I just drove 45 mins to have a conversation with them check out their inventory and price items out. Just to show up and have their gates closed and locked when they say they are open on Saturday.
