I went there on March 13th 2pm for a full service, they charged me $100 and they promised they will clean in detail because I asked for it. They said my car will be ready in an hour. I came back at 3pm and checked my car because while I was waiting I looked at the reviews of this place. Now I understand why they have horrible comments because they did a horrible service. I asked them to wash my car again before I leave, front and back seats looked like they didn't touch anything. I didn't see the urgency, the 3 guys working there started smoking instead of cleaning my car. Then they pretended they cleaned it but I didn't like their service. I had to clean my car after.. the owner of this business really needs to get new employees and teach them how to work. ( why the employees had to changed my radio station?)

Stopped in the other day just to get the super clean inside done I already did everything else myself so I paid 50$ for someone just to wipe out the inside with a wet rag very disappointed bc I could've gone to ishin for 30$ more and got it all done and done right my car is leather and it looks dried out as hell worse than before I stopped in

Go ahead and bring your car here if you want it screwed up real good. I’m all about supporting local businesses, but if you come here to wash your car…I guarantee it’ll be dirtier than when it came in.I’m looking forward to driving by in the future and noticing this place got shut down, torn down, or converted into grass.You can keep the $50 for the exterior hand wash cuz I could’ve done better with my pi$$ for free!

I stopped by one day to get a detail on a used minivan that I had just purchased. They had me there for about an hour and a half and when it was done, the seats and floors were wet but they had plastic over mine so I could drive home. It smelled of strong cleaner and I didn't take the time to check it all the way out before I left because I had to rush and pick up my child from school. Picked her up, and finally looked over the vehicle. My carpets were in the hatch dripping wet, not to mention dripping dirty water. They didn't touch any of the cupholders or small areas, and didn't vacuum the back area where the hatch was. The next day it smelled sour because the seats were still wet so now I have that issue. After they completely dried a few days later, the seats had stains that weren't even previously there. Two stars only because they did redo the job with no complaints, but when finished the second time, they still had several areas that they did not touch that I had to point out. I live an hour away and it was a huge inconvenience to have to drive back that far to still receive a subpar job. Won't be returning.

I have been here several times before & was pleased with the job.This time they did a halfway job and charged me $15 more. I would not have minded the increase in price but they had to redo the cup holder area, the door jams , revacuum the floors. I will now be looking for a new place.

Did not clean the vinyl properly, did not take my order properly, did not vacuum underneath seats. awful service.

Poor job. Cup holders and shift area not cleaned. Floor mats still dirty. You can see where they only wiped part of the interior dash. Would not recommend.
