Rooms are so disgusting nothing compare to the pictures posted online I rented 2 queen beds and when I go to my room I was given 1 bed so they offered me a suite since they were sold out to what I rented. I left right away I didn’t check it out. Came back round 130am and I was so tired and found out room was a total mess I called other hotel near by no one has rooms available so I had no others option

Where do I start? Roaches, hood, drug dealing, 911, yea you should probably stay somewhere else. I don’t care if you have to sleep in your car. I should have. Bring bug spray, bring a gun, don’t talk to anyone, uu and don’t leave once you’re inside.

I want to say that it is one of the most horrible places it seemed terrifying when we entered the door there would be no when we got in it smelled of cigarettes everything was dusty and the mattress was dirty it seemed like they never cleaned it the bathroom all dirty and the windows all dirty when you Sleep, put your things away because the locks on the door don't close and they can come in and rob you. When I checked in, I stayed in the room for 5 minutes and I went to the desk to hand over the key and I preferred to lose my money and look for another place after sleep somewhere else my son dreamed that our car was stolen at the oyo motel. If I could give this place a -5 I would, I don't understand how this place continues to exist.Rooms: The worstSafety: The people who stay there look dangerous, I recommend that you do not take your family

Paid for 2 rooms with 3 beds and ended up getting one room with 3 beds. The other room was only 2 beds. They kept telling me that there was no price difference. Will not be using another oyo hotel ever.

Worse motel experience in my 45 years of living. Whole week, my room hasn't been touched. Trash still there, bed not made, linen not changed. Today my blanket was on the floor and all bed linen was gone. Gotta get new key everyday. No towels or washcloth for 2 days. Had to get one from room next door just to shower. It's 3pm and I can't even lay down and relax after work because I have no bed linen. $280 a week for this.........I tell them and nothing gets done about it. I got 2 more days here because I've already paid for it, and I'll never stay here again. You'll get better service at a truck stop restroom!!!I just wish there were half stars because 1 star is being too gracious!! ?

While waiting on my apartment move in date I was at rosenberg location. It was very neat and quiet. Comfortable for the low rates.Nearby activities: All the shopping you could imagine

The most disgusting hotel experience I've ever had! 4 trips from the room back to the desk. Had to change rooms 3 times. Toilet was beyond filthy, was told room service doesn't come in until the morning with no access to cleaning supplies until then. This building needs to be demolished. One bulb working in the room. I didn't expect much for the price but was extremely disappointed. Will never stay at this chain again.Noteworthy details: Don't even think about staying here.

Be careful with these people who only care about the money they get, they are not interested in the clients and they treat people very badly, they lie and do whatever they have to do to steal from the American people. I canceled a reservation because I had the wrong hotel and The OYO team promised me that in 3 days they would put my money back and it was all a lie, they even gave me a fake confirmation number just to keep the money, be very careful with these thieves.

Dirty. Found drug paraphernalia. They also charged my weekly stay as nightly stays so I lost out a few hundred dollars. They did change it to weekly but never refunded me the difference. I would avoid here like the
