Absolute worst auto part store in Texas. First off, they replaced my wipers which I didn’t ask them to do because I planned to do it myself, next they threw away the wipers they took off for what reason I do not know, so we are driving through basically a tropical storm and the wiper flies off. I go to the store and they don’t want to refund me for the wipers even though I had two buy two new ones because autozone didn’t have tussle brand. Absolute garbage.I will say this, the kid named David that works. There is a great employee. He did everything he could to try and fix the situation and make it right even though his superior in the store refused to let him do so. Which also happens to be the same lady that has no idea how to install windshield wipers does the reason I had to come back

Bad customer service. They shows in their ads that they help their customers in replacing parts but they don’t. This is the second time they refuse to do that.
