“I came in and short wait. Service was fast (oil) and was offered a discount for another service (coolant) I didn't come in for, but needed to get it done. I was offered air filter, but said I would do that and wasn't pressured.”
“Had a state inspection done. The tech was vey helpful and pointed out a couple of spots on my tire to watch in the future. Took his time to really look at the car but got it done quickly.”

“I set an appointment and got to it about 4 minutes early. All bays were full, and someone had just pulled into the last one as I was pulling up. I checked in and immediately got pushed to the front of the line (switched someone out of the bay so I could go first). I was not expecting that and they were so fast!
