This CVS has the nastiest bathrooms. Smells like pee. So dirty. Even my children made a comment about how bad it smells like urine. Do better and clean the bathrooms!

They need to improve their service tremendously. I get that they have self check out, but at least have one person at the regular check out the sales people just be conversing with other coworkers and having a great time while people are waiting in the self check out online instead of just helping people with the regular check out.... Not to mention the way that I've heard over several times that they like to profile people of color and constantly ask them if they need help finding anything even if they've already said several times that they don't need help and or following them towards certain part of the store.

Pharmacy Staff need to improve their costumer service! Very disappointed with this location. One time i have to pick up a medication using GoodRx, they are charging me a higher price than what was on the coupon, i insisted that they have to give me the same price on my GoodRx coupon but refused to. I called GoodRx, they were so kind enough to call the Pharmacy for me, then CVS gave me the med with the GoodRx price.

CVS takes my insurance and this is the closest CVS to me, so I'll probably still get my prescriptions there, but I'm going to make every effort to get my vaccines at a different location in the future. They were actually okay the other times I've been there for a vaccine, but today was an unpleasant circus. First I had some questions in addition to my vaccine, but the person I was talking to said that she couldn't answer them but the pharmacist would when he gave me my vaccine. Okay, fine. Then they asked if I had filled out the forms online. I had to tell them multiple times that I made the appointment by telephone, because the CVS website would not allow me to make it online, and I had not received either a text or an email with a link to fill out the forms, so of course I had not filled out the forms. By the way, the person who asked this was the pharmacist on his way to give me the vaccine. Then the original person I talked to gave me printed forms and said it was her bad not to have given them to me when I arrived. Yes, it certainly was. Then the pharmacist gave me my vaccine and told me they came in packs of four and therefore he was wasting three doses like that was my fault. It's not my fault if the manufacturer has this stupid packaging. Then when I rolled up my right sleeve he said oh you want it in your right arm like it was inconsiderate of me to want it on the opposite side from where he was sitting. Last I heard you could get a shot in either arm that you wished. Then I asked him my questions, and he said he would come back and answer them. I spent the waiting time doing some things on my phone, so at least it wasn't wasted. I think I gave him about 5 minutes and then went up to the counter. One of the things I wanted was for my primary care physician to be in my records so that she would be sent my vaccine information. He claimed he couldn't find her in the system. She was there. Then he said he couldn't add her because I didn't have any maintenance medicines with her. I said what??! He finally condescended to add her, I think. I don't actually trust that he did. Then when I tried to ask my second question he said oh I have to go give another vaccine. Needless to say, I thought to myself, well you'd have time to answer it if I hadn't been sitting twiddling my thumbs for 5 minutes. I stood there a while waiting to see if someone else would come and see if I needed anything, but nobody else did. So I said screw it, out loud, and left. As I said, it is not my intention to return to this location for vaccines in the future. I think you can see why. It's too bad because my previous vaccines here have been just fine. I'm pretty sure I got them from a different pharmacist, although I must admit to not paying particular attention to the faces or the names. It seems unlikely, though, that the same pharmacist could be very nice one time and such a jerk this time, so I'm 99% sure the nice pharmacist was a different one.

Terrible customer service. The majority of the staff here is very rude and always rushing around. They make you feel very unintelligent for asking basic questions. They also have a very angry demeanor and seem as if they have no patience to actually be of any help. I'm switching to another pharmacy and I'm done dealing with these people and you all should to!

If you have a complaint against a pharmacy, pharmacist, or pharmacy technician, you may complete the attached TSBP Complaint Report Form and submit to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) or you may file the complaint on-line using the TSBP website: pharmacy.texas.gov. I needed a prescription filled for my toddler when he was diagnosed with the flu. I left the RX with this pharmacy around 3:30 p.m. and waited to be notified that it was filled. By 7:40 pm I had not received any correspondence so I called to check & what do you know? It was filled. I explained I would be there shortly to pick it up. When I got to the drive-thru at 7:57 there was a car in front of me getting their rx. When I approached the window, they pulled the security screen down. I could see two pharmacists inside talking to another customer so I lightly tapped on my horn to get their attention. One pharmacist closed the inside window, then they came over to the window, looked at me, then turned off the lights in the pharmacy and walked away. I tried calling a different CVS to attempt to get the prescription filled but was told that they couldn't do it because their system showed it was already filled. I now have to wait 13 more hours to get medicine for my toddler. This is completely unacceptable. I wish I would've read these other reviews first. I will never again step foot in this CVS.

I stood in line for 15 minutes while the cashier was chit chatting with their friend. She directed me to self checkout which required assistance and instead of helping me, she kept talking to her friend. I'll go to the Kroger across the street from now on.

Everyone is calling the staff and manager here rude. And they are. But my past relationships prepared me for. Just handle it with grace and a smile. It honestly works. I hate having to talk with them, but they'll never know that. Kill them...with kindness. I don't expect anything more from anyone who works in the Rosenberg area. Everyone on this side of town is rude, period. Stop drinking the tap water, babes.

From my experience, Kurian was very helpful and seemed to really care about my son's medication and in making sure I understood his new allergy. I've interacted with him on 3 different occasions recently and he has been nothing but nice. I'm very surprised to see the other reviews on here.

We have to use CVS because that is who my insurance company uses. My husband unfortunately is under a lot of medications and he requires extra help/patience sometimes when picking up his meds. It has not been the greatest experience because of one specific male pharmacist/tech. He is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Today! Today was a very good day. Judy helped me first over the phone and then patiently helped my husband when he went in. Beyond grateful for people like Judy.

I also can attest to that horrible pharmacist/manage Kurian. After reading the other reviews, I can see my experience with Kurian is not unique. He's so rude and has the ugliest and most arrogant personality. I called to find out the cost of my prescription before going to pick it up. He unfortunately answers the phone. I asked was it cheaper with my insurance or script save (RX card) and whichever it's cheaper with, is what I'll be using to help cover some of the cost. He blew up like if someone flipped a switch. Started yelling at me and telling me, "we don't do that here! We only take insurance." I've been using one or the other for years. I didn't even know about script save until another pharmacist told me about it. I told him that too. He refused to acknowledge it and by this time still had not even told me the medication cost. Then I attempt to redirect his yelling and ask how much is the medication again. He then hangs up on me. I was appalled. I call back and he picks up and I said hi the phone must have gotten disconnected and he hangs up again. So I call back again, and very sternly say quit hanging up on me I am a customer asking a legitimate question about my medication, it shouldn't have even taken this long. I finally just wanted to know the cost with insurance. I told him you have absolutely no reason to be hanging up on me and could have given me my information I wanted by now instead of making such a big deal. He says he has customers to service and I'm wasting his time. I'm like in a customer! With a customer question about medication you descends!! I say who's the manager. He arrogantly says, "I am. I am the manager. What are you going to do? Cause I'm the manager." Then I say, ok well then give me the number to your corporate office. He says, "Oh what you're going to tell on me? Go ahead. Call."And he gives me the number that's on Google. I actually did eventually talk to someone useless over this area of CVS stores. Nothing was done. I think more complaints need to be made to corporate rather than Yelp. Even the store workers / his coworkers were complaining about him and saying how rude and nasty he was to them when I walked into the store to get my medication. They said he's always like this to everyone and people complain but nothing happens to him. There also seems to be miscommunication with staff. I've gone to the store several times and the staff tell me before coming I need to call and let them know if I want to use my insurance or script save. Now some of them are saying you need to do that when you come into the store. Either way it doesn't warrant his behavior.

Horrible customer service , the pharmacy manager KURIAN VARGHE is a bully...... I recently called the CVS Covid hotline to inquire about getting my Moderna booster ... they gave me this cvs address and told me all cvs' take walk-in but it is preferred to make an appt. but she assured me I could walk in and get the booster & flu shot. When I walked up (with my 86 yr old mother) to the pharmacy counter - pharmacy manager Kurian Varghe was extremely rude and told me "no" that I had to make an appt. I explained to him why I was there and that his corporation's covid hotline sent me there and told me I could walk in. He refused to service me. I looked online to make an appt and saw that in exactly 1 hour there was an appt available - so I asked him to not make me come back and just give me my shots. At some point he began to address my mother instead of me and I kept redirecting him to speak to me that she didn't speak English. Then he started asking if she was receiving the shots..... so I again reminded him that I had told him 10 times that the vax & flu shot were for me! He began ignoring me several times throughout our exchange and I had to keep asking him to please at least give me the flu shot.... I even implored the other pharmacists to please come help me out with this man. Finally after much refusing- He looked me up in the system and flat out said he would not administer the flu shot because cvs doesn't take BCBS insurance, then he Printed out the "rejection" notice and dismissed me.... Never once asking if I wanted to pay out of pocket .... Which I noticed was only $40.99 for the flu shot on my insurance rejection letter. I had to leave and schedule an appt for 1 hour later... let's see how that goes! After this I will never step foot in this CVS again

Worst CVS Pharmacy ever. The employees were not helpful and the Pharmacist is not nice. I had a few issues with a prescription and everyone I talked to seemed very inconvenienced.

Was disappointed that the cashier was so rude. Normally cvs employees are way better at how they treat customers. This is my second interaction with Tiffany and every time she's unprofessional, rolling her eyes, very curt and appears she clearly does not want to be there. If you don't want to work with the public, I suggest go somewhere else.
