Not to be confused with Metrosexual by T Mobile, which is more like a shop I'd open.T-Mobile is not bad and Metro has become the cheap version of their brand, and it's good that there are some cheap Wireless Services down here in Rosenberg, because not everybody in these parts has money.So it's a cost-effective place, but at the same time it's not the most reliable in terms of services or phone services, if you know what I mean.

Stay away from this MetroPCS store, the lady with the red lips tattoo'd on the side of her neck (she refused to give me her name) is very rude, unprofessional and will break your merchandise. She damaged my brand new phone that I had brought in to get an sim card adapter in order for my new phone to work on my MetroPCS service (she broke off one of the metal clips that holds the sim card in place because she yanked the that adapter out when it became caught on the metal clip). She then became belligerent because I was upset over the breakage. Maybe at least if she would have said sorry because she broke it but in the end she started yelling at me saying "that's what I get for trying to help you" and said "you can give me my adapter back since you wanna be like that". Management doesn't care that they break your merchandise that you bring in. Stay away. Awful experience. I cancelled my service and went to Verizon.

Would be better to speak English and better not one so customer another's would not left out. Want your store to attack more customers, and better rating need more friendly to all kinds.

Went in to get a new phone for my mom. Lady there seemed like she didn't want to be there. Horrible service. No greeting whatsoever, barely even wanted to talk to us. She kept playing with her phone and looking down instead of making eye contact. I kept my cool because I promised my mom the phone that day but will never be back. Didn't catch her name but she's the prieta with the horrible bleached “blonde†hair.
