Let’s get into it. I love Marshall’s they have so many name brand items, the deals are great. Some areas do need attention the isle to checkout is a rushed feeling due to it being the line to checkout people get mad you are in the way but some of the best last minute gift ideas are in that area. The purses, handbags ect. do need organization badly. Such great bags, wallets are tied up but in tangles on the floor ect. There needs to be one set isle for clearance it will avoid the newest merchandise from being ran through, chipped, scratched due to people sifting through it. Overall you will find something for everyone here at this location. I love it

Being a former employee I know the cashiers can look up an item to get a price with their zebra handheld device. I was gifted a household item that I would never use so I came in to return it to get store credit. I was not given a gift receipt but the sticker was still partially on the back of the item. The cashiers, 4 of them, didn't even attempt to look up the item for me. They told me to find the EXACT same item to get a store credit. This item was maybe $10-15 at the most the compare to other store price was $17.99. The ladies were completely unhelpful and rude. I ended up throwing the item away in their store bc they wouldn't even attempt to use a similar item to give me a store credit. When have you ever found exactly the same thing at these types of stores if it's not something that's just been put out or seasonal. They seemed more focused on just getting people out than attempting to help. I will not be returning to this store.
