Expert Collision Center was amazing! My car looks great! The staff is great and very helpful. I was even able to get some other repairs apart from the insurance claim at a reasonable price. (Not quoting price paid due to every job price cost is different)Steven is amazing, great communication, great customer service, and extremely helpful and very kind.Expert Collision Center staff, communicated by phone and text updates. The only reason for the wait was due to the insurance and where they were allowed to get parts from. Any confusion or mix up in communication from insurance they were able to fix immediately. Thank for all your wonderful service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!It was not only cosmetic damage, struts, tie rod, control arm, ect. and alignment was needed, a new doors and door frames, and paint…a lot of work was done.1st four pictures are before, this was due to being hit by a drunk driver, and the last 2 pictures are the after.

I just want to say thank you for everything. Ms. Yvonne was wonderful! She is amazing! She assisted me with my rental, and the whole process. She communicated with me every step of the way and I truly appreciate that. Definitely recommend this place!

Our vehicle was rear ended by a young driver in a big truck with a brush guard/wench combo on the front of their vehicle. Tore up the back of Hyundai Santa Fe. Hyundai dealership in Rosenberg recommended these cats. Went by for an estimate & look over the shop, etc. Liked what I saw, but still got couple more estimates. In the end, chose Bryan's shop(Expert Collision Center) as the promises made were either going to be epic win or a major let down in the end...I was banking on grand slam service from what I first witnessed. His team that handles the phones & front office...Lesly & Yvonne...top notch professionals. These ladies arranged for our car rental & concierge service to the rental after dropping the vehicle for the repairs. Initial parts from visible damage were ordered same day vehicle brought in the shop. Day later received a call that all was ordered and given an ETA, but forewarned with all the parts & shipping problems right now, may be a week...or quite possibly more before all comes in. I said no problem, just keep us informed. & that they did!!! Each week, Mondays & Fridays, texted with updates. Once they broke the car down further they found some underlying damage & contacted the drivers insurance about the extra damage. Yvonne & Leslie worked on the insurance getting it handled quickly & seamlessly. They again updated & kept me in the loop. 3 to 4 weeks later, Yvonne called to let me know it was ready for me to pick up. I dropped of my rental at the car rental shop & Yvonne had her concierge there within minutes of me closing out the rental agreement. Got me over to the shop. Checked out. Yvonne explained all work, all labor, & all parts they replaced or fixed...all lifetime that we own the vehicle. Looked over the vehicle & it looked showroom dealership ready when it was returned. It's a 2015 model but looked just like I purchased it today. The quality of work & people Bryan has at this shop speaks volumes about his leadership & managerial skills as well as the customer service driven culture he cultivates & is evident by both Lesly & Yvonne. Both ladies were exceptional in their dealings with me. I can guarantee if I need body work or repairs, this is the shop I will bring my vehicles to & I will strongly suggest friends & family do the same. Great job Expert Collision Center!

This is the best repair shop in the Houston area. Expert Collision went above and beyond with repairing my vehicle I was blown away with how my repairs turned out.
