Terrible service. It was such a disappointment coming here and I will make sure to personally never show face here ever again. The man Jimmy was extremely disrespectful to me and made me feel stupid. I was coming in to ask about a product for my home and which brand would be better, but unfortunately I was talked down to by a man that categorizes himself as smart and one of the best Assistant Store Managers. Sure he knew what he was doing, but no need to give customers attitude and make them feel less than when they're the ones buying from the company he works for. Everything else about this store was good, seemed organized and had good quality products. In conclusion to my story, I ended up walking out with frustration and embarrassment, all because I asked about a product for my home from some low-life employee that thinks he's better than everyone else. So disappointed. I would've had a much better experience having been helped by any, and i mean ANY other employee in this store. After asking two more young men working, they did give me a more respectful response, but I couldn't shake the negative backhanded comments I received, and hope this man gets removed from this store and is never allowed to walk into any others in request for a job. This is a great company, but instead of hiring everyone, be more careful in choosing the character you decide to display as your employees that help customers.

Appliance Purchase & Install - I purchased a microwave from Lowes (28005 Southwest Freeway, 77471) with an installation. The purchase was placed on 8/11/2023. At the time of the purchase, I was informed that the delivery & installation was scheduled for 8/16. I received the confirmation email from both Lowes & the third-party installer. On the day of the 16th, I was contacted by the installer asking if they needed to pick the microwave up from the store. I said yes. Once they got to the store, they were told that the microwave was not scheduled to be delivered from the manufacturer until the 31st. This was very upsetting. However, we had no choice but to wait for the delivery. Here we are on the 31st. The microwave was finally delivered but Lowes did not reschedule the installation. VERY DISAPPOINTING!. I call Lowes to question this discrepancy. They said that they would schedule the installation now. So...now I must wait for another week before I can get the microwave installed. I do not recommend Lowe to be responsible for installations. If there is a next time, I will hire a third party myself to do the installation.

Last night around 8:45 my wife and I couldn't get any help buying a ceiling fan, locating a kitchen faucet and purchasing a front door. I finally found everyone hanging out at the front and had to ask for help. Today I came to pick up the front door and the door couldn't be located. The employee left to search for it and I later found her helping someone else and not helping me. I returned to the desk and waited again. 20 minutes I went and found her with my door talking to some other employees. I asked what gives and she said, here's your door. Seriously?!? Management needs to get off their tails and educate their employees on customer service and relations. Not happy with this store!

They have the most organized garden center with abundant varieties for your yard or garden.Plants are well taken care of and room to walk around.

Rude Service. Don't offer curbside when they offer on the app and online. Lady customer service yelled at me when I asked what is a locker is because my curbside was moved from curbside to a locker because my item fit in an locker. I travel alone with my one year old so getting off to the store is sometimes a problem. Wont be returning.

Just left the Lowes store in Rosenberg, if you are looking to make a purchase and need help, this is NOT the place to go. I was having a hard time loading 3/4" plywood by myself while 4 Lowes employees were about 20' away and did not offer any help. But then again 3 of them were busy, 2 of them were physically swinging a third employee by his arms and legs while the 4th one watched and laughed. After they finished "playing", they immediately got on their phone. There attitude and work ethic is a reflection of their management, which in this case is not good.

The store is always stocked There restrooms are cleaned They have carts available that actually work This place is always packed. The only reason why they are getting 4 stars is because they never have workers available. The workers that are here they are usually on their phone, or chitchatting somewhere all the way in the back by the wood or back aisles to avoid actual customers.

What an absolute joke this place is. Bought a very expensive washer dryer set, promised free install but they don't tell you that you have to buy all new connections (which pays for the install *trick*) then the washer doesn't work and takes almost a week to replace. Promised a discount amount over the phone that changed when I was asked to come in to pick up cash (nothing sketchy going on here). I would recommend you make the trip down to Home Depot where they don't try to rip you off. I'll never spend another cent in Lowes again.

I enjoy shopping for plants at Lowe's they always have healthy plants and when they start to wilt they mark them down.. a lot it's great you can find beautiful plants for $1 or $2 or half priced.
