Waited at the front counter which was located outside.Turns out the guy in the parking lot watching me wait while working on his Chevy was the salesman.He eventually finished and made his way to the front counter and said they don’t have any parts for the vehicle I’m looking for before I even said what I was looking for.

For hard to find auto parts, Lanes is the place to go to. My vehicle had a very rare transmission that went bad. The people at Lanes worked three weeks to find the proper unit. Thank you Lanes.

Called and got hung up on the first time. Then called back to see if they had my part and it’s says national part locating service but he didn’t even make a attempt to try to search or look it up. Said no and rushed me off the phone.
