I used my card to get gas. The pump said to select fuel and so on I did. It said begin fueling. No fuel came out, but they charged my card for everything left on it. This place is trash, except for Donavan the fuel clerk. He needs a raise. He was polite and professional, everyone else was rude and could care less.

Do not ever ever ever use Instacart to deliver your groceries here is why.....I live 4 minutes from Kroger . Brazos marketplace ) Why did the driver ,drive 50 minutes to a cemetery to deliver my groceries ? How ridiculous , further this is the 3 rd and last order for instacart ever! Come on use some common sense . Now my frozen food is ruined . It’s over an hour and a half late . I learned to not use instacart and order 2 hours plus and use shipt not instacart. This was a Unfortunate experience but I learned from This mishap! Instacart should be fired from Kroger !!!!

This. Location has a lot of growing pains. There are not enough employees to help the customers. I am writing this as I go on 10 minutes in line at the service desk to take care of a return. My car is been damaged in the parking lot because the carts are always all over the place and I even have to use the self check out lanes because it’s very clear that they don’t have real employees anymore. They don’t seem to care because the location of this supermarket is being surrounded by multiple apartment complexes and housing. That doesn’t seem to quit. Shopping at this location is not a pleasant experience. A few months ago, I reached out to the corporate headquarters, left a message and haven’t received a response. additionally, they recently changed the cold tree and to try to speak with someone in the pharmacy. Department is like pulling teeth again. This company must be doing really well because it’s very very clear. They simply do not care.

They do not deserve the 1 star..however, I could not leave a review without selecting one.Stay away from the ground beef. On 10/07, I purchased Kroger brand ground beef…spoiled. Took it back to the store…purchased another one with a different date on it. SPOILED! Asked for a Manager…I had to find David because he never came to address my concerns. He smelled it and asked me why did I think it was spoiled because it smelled fine to him. He stated that spoiled beef smells like ammonia.So, I guess it’s safe to say that Kroger do not consider the meat to be spoiled until it smells like ammonia; therefore, they will continue to sell it, Dang, at that point, it should be deadly to consume. Just Awful!

honestly this place is too expensive, but they have a large selection of everything, also they carry boars head products which me and my family love, the store itself is a little outdated but that’s easily over looked. if it wasn’t for the deli i probably wouldn’t come here

The produce here sucks. What I’ve come to realize is if they have a sale on produce it’s a reason for it. The fruit here is by far the worst. I’ve bought plenty of fruit here just to come home & it’s bitter or has expired. I will come for the few things I need out of convenience but I’ll go someplace for my grocery hauls

Juan Reyes In the bakery department is phenomenal!!! His customer service is A1!! I’m only coming when he is working from now on. Amazing worker, Kroger is lucky with him.

Above and beyond efforts by Stanton and Desiree. We misplaced key fob in basket and could not find to start car. Stanton located when bringing in the carts. Great eye for detail and follow up to get back to us. Thanks for being great!! Kroger is lucky to have you both as employees.

Came to store this Saturday evening at 6:00 pm. I did my shopping and went to pay and they had three registers open with ZERO baggers??? Makes a person feel great after dropping over $300 dollars and then bag my own groceries, SAD!! I saw atleast 3 managers doing nothing and when I asked one of them they said they were understaffed. I am a business owner and when we are short staffed we all jump in. The young man that checked me out was exceptional!!! I guesss will have to stick to HEB!!

I stopped shopping at this specific Kroger. I only go in a pinch. I'll stop at a Kroger near my work place or at an HEB before coming here. Every night that will call over the intercom 5 - 10 early that the store is closing or is closed. I literally just walked out and it was 10:54 pm and they were turning customers away. There are other instances of poor customer service. This store just has low ethics.

Went in to this location to purchase some Naan bread and all was expired and molded. Went on the other side of the bread rack and there was at least 5 dinner roll packs all filled with green mold all over the packs. Why are they not switching out and discarding their products?It was DISGUSTING ?H‑E‑B and Randall’s it is, no matter how far I have to drive.

Standard Kroger with standard prices. This location is very annoying with their operation procedures in the evenings. At 7 p.m. they disable one of the entrances. So customers are directed to one entrance, then they restrict entry and exit even more by making everyone go through the self checkout lanes that are already being used by customers, this creates a big bottleneck effect. I stopped shopping here and now shop at HEB across the highway.
