Not enough registers open for a Saturday afternoon. There was even a wait at self checkout. The young man working in self checkout on 7/27 seemed oblivious to good customer service and lacked the ability to communicate well.

I love eating jalapeño bread fresh baked! More times than I can count, they are out! I Have requested several times for them to bake more. The last time was yesterday. Talked to lady in the bakery and asked why they were out again. She said we sold out. I explained that they are always out and why wouldn’t they make more of a best seller, aren’t you in business to make money? Why do I have to go elsewhere (HEB) to buy it? She said nothing and just walked away! Just great customer service ? Rosenberg location!!

Yesterday, I was out trying to find some ice and a few groceries . It started raining, after going to different locations, I went to Kroger. Needless to say I was tired, getting wet, etc. I went in, asked if I could use my debt card, I was told of course. Even during the storm they were working! I went into the self check line, the employee assisting customers ( I feel so bad that I didn't get her name) she was so kind and helpful. She gave me the strength to continue! She wears cutest black frame glasses. Thank you.

Money services inside is a waste of time. Rude and unprofessional workers. They don’t even talk to you and just do what they want to. Very disrespectful customer service.

I ordered a birthday cake 3 days before I needed it for a birthday party. The lady in the bakery called me an hour before I needed to pick it up that they were out of buttercream icing. I called and talked with the manager and told him I don't want whipped icing only buttercream icing. I picked it up today and it has whipped icing and they didn't even spell Happy correctly.

My wife is pregnant and she had cravings today I had a difficult time finding some of the items she had requested and one of the Kroger associates named Karley helped me find those items. Karley went above and beyond to find what my wife needed. I am a happy shopper, she was extremely helpful and resourceful. Really impressed and happy with my experience.

I love coming to this store my favorite location but today if more hotter in ther than outside. I thought I was about to pass out. The poor girl at the register was sweaty badly. Need to fix the ac.

Mario was a delightful employee! He was very informative of the items. He was very enthusiastic. And he even let us “look” at the chicken. I can’t lie, he’s an ideal employee!!!
