Knowledgeable and compassionate staff helped me with my prescription at lightning speed after a long week of back and forth with my providers. I am so grateful to this awesome pharmacy team!

Called 3 times today and was hung up on each time. Could hear them pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. It was around 11:30 AM, well inside of their normal operating hours. Garbage service.

This is the best Krogers, it's huge. They always have many quality items marked down. They don't allow items to go pass the expiration date. I like that for my family

Updated review. Why is it 7:15 and they're still closing down the other half of the stores self check out and entrance for reasons that NO employee can answer. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Ridiculous.

I was nearby attending an event. While driving home, I saw a fancier Kroger store at Brazos Town Center by Highway 69. I couldn't resist. So, here I am. The store is more than just a grocery store. Wow. It's like Walmart with soles of cheap clothes. I can't afford to stay and shop. I got what I wanted as my weekly grocery trip at this Kroger store in Rosenberg. Prices are the same as other Houston's stores. I'm okay on coming back, if I'm attending another event though.

Jesus was extremely rude on the phone. He rushed and interrupted me when I was trying to explain what my need was over the phone (and I was talking fast)! I understand they are super busy but this is one of the reasons why I decided to start getting my prescriptions somewhere else. I plan on speaking with the pharmacy manager when I pick up prescription.Update-I spoke to the pharmacy manager that day and he was very kind and listened to what I had to say. He was apologetic and did what he could to rectify the situation. That was greatly appreciated!

Since I moved from Houston to the Richmond area I have been using this pharmacy but I recently had to transfer out to another local chain. This pharmacy has serious issues with the employees being under trained. They provide you wrong information and seem to now know what they are doing. On top of that they always have issues with their phone lines. The call never gets through. On one occasion I had this happen for 4 days in a row. I don't know if it's a tech issue but this has happened to me several times when I call on different occasions.

Pretty good store as stores go. But I wish that whatever moron did away with the express lane should be taken out and shot. I have to stand in a line to get checked out, it's mostly old people like me who hate those damn self checkout things. I feel like organizing a sit in,( yes, I'm that old). Guys like me want to get in, get a few items, and get out. Not wait for twenty minutes in line with six items.

I needed stick butter and Kit Kat candy. Since I was new to the area, I thought I'd check out this Kroger. I was amazingly surprised when I walked in and saw the selection of Halloween candy. Didn't find my Kit Kats there but did in the candy Isle. They had rows of clothes and shoes. Made me think about Weingartens in the Heights that had everything back when they were opened. I was so impressed, I ended up buying bread, deli Turkey, plums, eggs, butter and my Kit Kat. I will be shopping at this location from now on. Ten stars. ;-)

I never really do reviews, but I just want to take the time to leave one for Jesus from the pharmacy at the Rosenberg location. My 8yr old daughter is on several medications due to her illnesses & i received partial & i know sometimes I have to pay out of pocket for some of her meds, long story short Jesus was great & was a huge blessing for us today. Thank You!

I have been coming to Kroger's for years. But not anymore. On 7-25-22, I paid and was walking and side step to get out the way of an employee. I tripped and fell. I was helped up by customers. The employee didn't even acknowledge that I was laying on the floor. I got help from the customers and they were asking me if I was okay, the EMPLOYEE said nothing! Walked the other way. How UNCARING. No other employee came and asked if I was okay. How sad. Angie B. Sad in Rosenberg,TX

Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because 0 wasn't an option. This location has repeatedly refused to fill my prescription for anxiety medication, forcing me to drive 40min each way to the other KROGER pharmacy in katy. They allege that they do not stock my medication but the other kroger location (spring green in katy) does and has always been friendly and helpful. I've been on this medication for 4yrs and am not a teen or a abuser. It's sad that because some people abuse this medication the people who actually need it are hurt.
