PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!let me start off by saying that this message is strictly for future parents who are thinking about enrolling their child here let alone their infant. my experience here to say the least has been atrocious. enrollment for my child was a breeze…go figure they just want your money. I had at the time a 3 month old premie baby I enrolled into kids r kids. let me start off by saying that if you plan on using a credit card don’t, they tackle on a HUGE fee to process your credit card so pay cash or check if you can! I never had any issues when it came to making payments. however my issues resided with the lead people at this daycare. My first red flag was that my child was rarely getting his diaper changed…they logged a diaper change only ONCE the whole day. and that’s another thing too, they don’t utilize procare (which is an app they use to log all babies activities) the way they should be. I had to tell them how often I wanted his diaper changed after that fact. Second they utilize cameras for us parents to view and as clear as day, they allow babies and I mean very small babies who don’t yet have head stability to sleep in swings and sleep on the floor and boppy too! i’ve also seen a teacher pull a baby across the floor by their feet instead of picking him/her up…my baby in particular they would allow to sleep in swings and atleast five times I would have to call and make sure they were transferring him to a crib. my baby also was prescribed medicine for congestion he had. hence the review below where his dad mentioned that they didn’t administer it for 5 times!!!! this is all 100% true and it’s NOT the wrong daycare. they are just trying to save their backs! each time I had to call and if I didn’t call they would mention oh we got busy or oh the other lady had the alarm on her phone to give it to him so I forgot … the owners here do not care whatsoever and I truly mean that because how can they allow all these unsafe sleeping practices to continue….I politely put in a two week notice and when it was time for my child to be done they tried to charge me my last week after I had already paid! I had to speak to the owner himself to sort it out. please whatever you do, do NOT enroll your child let along baby here!!!

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR KIDS HERE !!they dont care about you're kid they just want moneyhorrible experience with them , after tellin them as well to give my son medicine because he was sick i had to constantly call and remind them after the 5th time because they wouldn't do it

I went to get a tour schedule. Let’s just say I didn’t even got the tour I left. The director has not a so nice attitude. I didn’t even feel welcome.

On the very first day of enrolling our children, my 5-year-old son suffered an injury to his face area, while my 4-year-old daughter also sustained an injury to her leg area，I felt uncomfortable but I did not report it because I thought it was only skin trauma. But again, on the fifth day my son suffered an injury to his back of head,.Shockingly, neither of these incidents were reported to us.I did not know the injury until I discovered a significant bump on the back of my son's head at night. We reported the injury immediatly and the school replyed to me the next Monday, which is three days after the day it happened. They said they have a report for me.This is unacceptable,why did not tell me and give me the report on the day when I picked up my children? ！Our experience with Kids R Kids Rosenberg has revealed a distressing lack of responsibility and accountability within the school's leadership.Reply for the school： I'm absolutely sure my review is placed in the right location，I have the school payment record，the record in procare and so on. I am here just to reflect the true experience. I proactively contacted the school after my child was injured. The response I received was a verbal apology. It is already a fact that the child was injured, but it is the other fact that the school did not notify timely the parents, and the report was not given to me on the same day. Even my child's injuries was discovered by myself！We come from another country and we are not familiar with everything there. The things happened make me very disappointed. All I can do is to protect my children and pay more attention when choosing schools in the future. After this, we have been to two other schools and nothing like this has ever happened.

They over charge and add extra charges without knowledge, they also refuse to give money back. Would not recommend. Find somewhere else to go.

After a terrible daycare experience I found kids r kids and couldn’t be happier with the care they give me daughter, the communication to me through the app and in person , and there lesson plans ( & sign language ) I am able to drop off my daughter with no hesitation or doubt in my mind

I was so afraid of putting my son into daycare but I must say this daycare has been the best decision ever! My son is 3 years old and is very excited to go back every day! He’s already learning sight words! If you are in between searching for a safe environment do not hesitate! The front staff is so welcoming and the teachers ?

In 6 weeks, my child had 5 different teachers. One teacher didn't last the entire day. When we met with one of our son's teachers, she made a very judgmental comment in front of him. The teacher was only there for 1 week and to make the comment she made said a lot. We reported the discussion to management. We ended up removing our child and went with a different daycare. We did not like their high turnover of teachers and management. I agree with the other reviews about how they handle children. Because they do not have consistent structure they expect a 3 year old to sit in one place, when they don't have things to keep them busy.

My girls have had a great experience with kids r kids Rosenberg. The staff and teachers are great! They have great communication and I love that they send pictures throughout the day! Thank yall for taking great care of my babies!

My 3 year-old has been attending Kids R Kids since she was one and loves it. During her transitions up to her classroom now, she has always expressed her love for her teachers and friends. Ms. Alma is her current teacher and she loves her. She has learned so much while being in her care.

My daughter has been attending KRK for several months now. Anytime I have a concern the owner is very responsive and handles the situation immediately which I appreciate. My daughter loves her teachers and feels comfortable with them.

My daughter has been going there since she was 2 yrs old they helped her with her speech and she learned a lot from the teachers now she’s 5 and goes to the after school program and she loves it. The staff all together are great they are nice and they have military discount for families. Thank you kids R Kids ?

Love this place & the staff as well! After having my child with his grandmother for 3 years and 2 other day cares failing us, I do not have one negative thing to say about this place. My son loves it here and has yet to come home complaining after being here for 6 months now. Thank you all for meeting our expectations. ❤️April
