I absolutely love this place! Sally and Chris are some of the nicest people that I've ever met and they give you sound solid advice on what works and doesn't! I come in there all the time to grab meal bars and they have always greeted me with a smile! If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and say hello. And unlike the big retail markets, they will actually teach you and talk to you about your fitness goals and needs! I am so happy I found them! Thank you so much guys! :-)

Made the drive from Katy/Fulshear to the store without really knowing what to expect. Showed up and was instantly greeted and asked if they could help with anything. I told them what I was thinking of trying and they were quick with options and examples of what to expect with the supplements, very knowledgeable on the products they sale. I didn’t feel like they pushed any specific brand on me just to sale it. They answered my questions and had suggestions on what would be best for my workouts and my goal. I’ll see in a few weeks how things go but I’ll be back to get more supplements.

I Absolutely love this place they are very knowledgeable unlike other places they actually help me in my specific needs and goals not like other places where they try to upsell you they are always very friendly and I would recommend this place over any other stores

Chris is always there to help guide you to what you actually need. Doesnt push any item and will always shoot you straight. Highly recommend for quality products. He is always willing to let you pick his brain or just chat it up.

Checked on a website for local locations that carried a specific protein pancake mix and Came to this shop. The website lied and the owner stated he didnt carry much of that stuff besides peanut butter. He was nice and did not crush me with his giant muscles. When I run out of my current stock of supplements i will return here and buy local. Glad I inadvertently found this place and look forward to learning more.

Better than any other place around. Does not push a house product on you like the other supplement stores. Very educated on all supplements. If you have a goal in mind come here and talk to Chris.

Great customer service. The employee explained all the products in detail and helped me get the right one that I need to achieve my goal. They didn't try to push a product on me like a gnc employee would. I will definitely be a returning customer
