A special shoutout goes to Raj at the front desk, who made check-in a breeze. Not only was he professional and efficient, but he also brought a great sense of humor and a genuinely friendly personality that made me feel right at home. After a long day of travel, his lighthearted jokes and positive energy were exactly what I needed.
The room was clean and well-appointed, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff across the board were courteous and attentive. But it’s people like Raj who really make a place memorable. It’s rare to find someone who can balance excellent customer service with such an easygoing, uplifting attitude.
