Staff helping out is hit or miss depending on the staff. Some are excellent and some are trash giving advice on some things they know nothing about. Just be honest and get some who can help.

Went in to buy a sheet of plexiglass. There’s a sign that says “custom sizes and bulk orders available” and to speak to a mill associate or the pro desk for that. I couldn’t find a mill associate anymore than you can find a Prius at a muscle car show. I went to speak to the pro desk and was told “we don’t cut plexiglass” hence the sheet that was the size I needed was cracked and when I asked about a discount I was told I couldn’t get one. All 3 of the same size sheets they had were broken or cracked. The one I got was the least so. Then I had to get my 6 1/2” circular saw blade walked to the front because apparently it’s a high risk item. And then to close it off there’s no such thing as a checkout here only SELF CHECKOUT. The Home Depot has changed. And it’s not for the better.

1st of all would like to mention the lady name who work for customer service returns her name olivia is had excellent customer service experience and yesterday night i spent almost $200 and i asked one question from the lady i dont remember her name but she work evening i asked the price from her time was around 9:45 and she was real rude she misbehaved and she walk by so kindly coach her and tell her how you can give good customer service to the customers.if you need more info i am your regular customer you can contact with me.Thanks & Regards

I was just at the store, trying to buy an iron pipe and I asked one employee if they could cut it and the kept on sending me to other employees, no one knew how to cut the pipe, even though the have a pipe cutter there. The last employee I asked told me she didn't know how to do it but that she could ask the manager if she could find someone to do it. When she called the manager who was a lady, I heard the manager over the phone say: "just tell him we don't do that here". Home Depot is a joke. I never go there because there's never an employee that can help you. You wait too long for someone to come and help and when that employee finally comes, they don't know anything you're asking them and their reply is always, I'm not from this department. The lack of professionalism from this store is pathetic and most of their employees are just lazy people who get mad when you ask for help, because they don't want to help.

Leslie from customer service is the most rude person you can find in a store! I bought a wood 4 hours before which I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size! This woman spoke to me in such a nasty way and did not want to solve anything and refused to talk to her manager !How can such a big store let people like this in customer service....
