I wanna cry and scream! I spent $73.49 and bout vape juice and an a Extrax hybrid vape. The vape stops working and won’t charge a couple days later. So I come back and the worker tells me to buy one of their chargers and it should work and if it doesn’t come back and they’ll try to fix it. I come back the next day and the guy see it’s not charging and sees it’s still full. He calls his manager and they said all they could do was give me half off a different vape… a FULL vape and i can’t get it replaced!? I’m never coming here again

Noah helped fix a small travel emergency. Kind and well mannered, and patient when I had to run back to the hotel. I dropped in on him 10 min before close. When I got back from the hotel, with 4 min to spare, he had it wrapped up ready to go. Absolutely STELLAR service. Thank you again
