It was ok. You aren't getting anything special here. It's pretty disorganized. You need to look at all the racks to look at selection pertaining to you... it had a weird odor to it. The prices are high for used clothing, but I feel like that's the case with most Goodwill's these days... this isn't a store I would seek out to go to.

I visited recently and stock selection was low, almost like they were closing down that branch. Perhaps people are selecting more ethical charities to donate their goods. I hope both cases are true.

I have been coming to this store for years. Today I went in and did some shopping and the first thing I saw was a TRI FOLD PRIVACY SCREEN I got my CUSTOMER SLIP and proceeded to shop. I realized that the screen was too big for the cart and headed up front to see if i could leave the screen with them while I finshed shopping. When I got to the register, I learned that RAY THE "MANAGER RAY" had sold the screen to a customer WITHOUT the CUSTOMER SLIP, WHICH I HAD. NOR DID HE CALL OVER THE INTERCOM TO SEE IF THE CUSTOMER WAS STILL IN THE STORE. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO STAND THERE AND ARGUE WITH ME STATING THAT I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE ITEM BEFORE MY SHOPPING WAS FINISHED. RAY IS THE WORST!!!!!. IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR 7 YEARS!!!¡! AND NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH LEAVING LARGE ITEMS UP FRONT UNTIL MY SHOPPING WAS COMPLETED. HE SHOULD BE REASSIGNED TO ANOTHER STORE. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF RAY IS STILL THERE WORKING!!!!!

I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU TRY THE RIVER STONE OR THE RIVER OAKS LOCATION. MANAGEMENT IS WAYYY BETTER.!!!!

Over the years selection has gone way down and prices up. Got upset when my son was trying to see if a ride toy was working (with me watching him) before we purchased it (we didn’t because he was told to stop) Not as friendly as some goodwill locations.

Don’t waste your time there …..attention is the worst I’ve ever had , it’s incredibly knowing that came from Raymon the actual manager omg I left everything there will not spend my money with them

Some things are too overpriced, I can get the same dang used item brand new at some other stores.. Goodwill is being too greedy and isn't everything donated!? The employee cannot even mark down prices if you ask, they say wait till the color of the week is here... come on.

Easy access to drop off your donations with a separate donation driveway. I plan to go inside and look around in my next visit

This goodwill is the most expensive in the area with all the items being trash. There’s a reason why they have a lot of stock because no one is buying over price items.

Our donations got turned away. Guess we will try Pennywise. Won't bother with Goodwill anymore, it's a trash company anyway. I need to find a shelter to donate directly to!

This goodwill is way more expensive than the ones in the city. Might as well go to a store and buy something new.

The prices are sky high for what they are actually selling.

Great selection, amazing staff, friendly and helpful!* I posted the above review time back.**Update - I no longer visit this location. There used to be a great selection, now if you find something good be ready to pay a ridiculous price for the second hand item. Heaven help your wallet if you find something new with tag. It is very unfortunate. I now visit another location that does have a variety of good items and a staff that understands how to price to sell.

I had 5 boxes of items to donate, yesterday. I went to the Rosenberg, Texas Good Will location. I was told they could not accept my items. When I questioned them not accepting household goods and books (all my items were on the "approved" list), I got a shrug and was told "Sometimes they do, and sometimes they don't. Especially if they're dirty." I can assure you my items were NOT dirty. I would never donate items not in clean and usable condition. I have never been made to feel so bad for trying to be of benefit to others.
