Michael came through!! I called at 8:20 to check if the Spider-Man limited edition bundle was in stock. I told him I might get there right before they close and he told me to come on in and he’d wait for me. Gave me a great trade-in value plus promo. I highly recommend this location and I hope the district manager understands how much of a valued member Michael is. Thanks again, Michael! You did the thing!

The customer service on the phone is just terrible, you might as well have a robot and make me punch a thousand codes in, then talk to these people who work there, that have no customer service skills, no wonder this company is failing,
