I dropped off my trailer at 9:am and it is almost 7pm right now and I have not got any call from them yet?
and I checked with them twice and they told me the same thing “ it’s 40% and should be done in about an hour?”
Ridiculous people? and every time I check on my trailer 4 or more people are sitting in the the office doing nothing?

I called in the morning someone keeps picking up the phone and hanging up that's not right am looking for a job I applied online I haven't heard anything I tried to call but who ever works in the office keep hanging up the phone ?

It is the worse place ever to pick up a load waited about 10 hours to get loaded had to disconnect my trailer and wait outside the facility I hope and ever come here again and still hoping I don’t have to go through the same unloading in pharr tx help me lord

Terrible terrible place I had worst experience with them
they are the worst facility in the country without any doubt I checked in 12pm and dropped my trailer off and they told me that they’ll call me when they get loaded my trailer so I have to go to 8miles way truck stop and waited for them to call me however they never reached me out and went back at 9:30pm surprisingly!! They didn’t even put my trailer in the duck!!!!
Question “ what would you do as a driver who has wasted a whole day like this kind of beings “????
I just hookup my empty trailer and went
So please driver please and please respect yourself and don’t come to take a load from or to
this terrible place
They think truck drivers are useless
So please stay away from them
I would like to reach the manager of terrible facility
I don’t want other truckers to have similar experience
Please don’t come here

This location is terrible for deliveries. I arrived at 9:00AM and was told unloading might take up to 6 hours. Dropped my trailer in the yard and I had to leave the property and wait for a call. It’s been 10 hours, and I’m still waiting.

My appointment was 12Am .Got there @ 11 droped my trailer on the lot went to office cheked in the guy at the office wrote done the lot number where my trailer was and my phone number left the plant to near 6 miles out Travel plaza .got a call back in an hr later my paper work was ready. Couldn't believe it because i read privious reviews and gave up thinkin they would burn my monday for load .but they didn't upset .Good job Night crew

Chips are horrible now days, the ingredients and seasonings was definitely changed. Flammin hot cheetos tast like how wood smell. Nacho cheese Doritos taste very salty, cheetos are taste like cheap cheese and be stale.

Management is a joke.. I worked here for 3 months missed 1 day and got fired. I was brought into a class by safety man so he can tell the class I was his hardest worker he ever trained just to get fired the next day ?. New guys don't work hard it doesn't matter..
