This place almost got me killed. Came in to get my car serviced. Supposed to be quick and easy, but of course they find filters that need to be changed, the fuel system needs to be serviced, etc. and ran it up to the region of $550, most of which was labor. They then come in and say they can knock $75 off the price if I do it now because I initially was going to go elsewhere, so I bite the bullet and pay to get it done. Turns out after they serviced the fuel system, they didn't reset the sensor and didn't take it for a test drive like I was later told they should have. This meant when I pulled out of the dealership, the car took 10 seconds to get to speed and maxed out at 40, which I discovered as I got on the freeway. And when the car was stopped, it shuddered uncontrollably to the point where I had to turn the engine off at red lights. And at those red lights, it took about 7 seconds of me flooring the gas for the car to get to 20 mph from a stopped position. So it took me about 10 minutes to come back around and get back to the dealership doing 40 on a feeder where everyone else is doing 70. And I'm not that type to yell or make a scene, but apparently they mistook that for me being fine with the situation, because they explained the problem in a very matter of factly "that's all it was, no big deal" way like I hadn't almost been creamed on the freeway, took an extra 15 minutes to fix it after I had already been there for 3 hours, and all I got was a half baked apology that didn't address the magnitude of the mistake. I'm never coming here again.

What an experience. To be honest, I've never felt so "clean" leaving a dealership; one can get used to the pleasures of shopping without going to war for hours to drive the price down. The beautiful thing is with Fort Bend KIA (FBK) is that there are no gimmicks, and for that, it's an easy 5-stars for me. FBK sells at MSRP--yes, you read that right. There is no sellers upcharge. Packages for maintenence and service are offered but NOT REQUIRED for purchase. Everyone who has shopped for a car knows you usually will usually leave the dealership paying 5 or 6k USD than the price tag you were shown on ads for God knows what. Again, FBK is not the norm.The place is small, but well maintained. Complimentary coffee (with optional dehydrated "milk" for a latte) is provided. For those who get hungry while playing the waiting game, there are a couple vending machines in the back. The showroom holds about 4 vehicles comfortably. Tables for their sales team sit on the outside edge of the showroom. If you're planning to shop weekends, an appointment may be necessary as these tables are not going to be empty (and for good reason). Seriously, FBK should be on your list to visit if you're shopping.Cheers.

I have been having Ft. Bend Kia service my vehicle for going on two years and the service has been good. In June I had a tire rotation and oil change done. after about a month of driving I noticed that they didn't rotate the tires and the service technician actually noted on my paperwork that he didn't rotate the tires. I called back to the dealership to let them know what happened. The only thing I received was we're sorry and we'll rotate them for you for no charge.The problem I'm having now is my trust issues are kicking in. If you don't provide a service, don't charge for it!!!!!!!

I ordered a Kia telluride in December 2022 and was told it would be delivered in approximately 6 month. after 4 months I called in to check and was told there was delays and it would be in around August I called in again in July and was told there were more delays and it would be in October i was then asked to come back to the dealership because due to delays it would now be a 2023 model and to resign paperwork and now to get all the features I wanted I would have to move up to a better model and it would be a little more money but it would be exactly what we wanted in December my son who ordered a telluride 2 1/2 months after me was told his car was in and ready to go I called to see why my car wasn't in and they said that my car was a different model and would take longer FINALLY awe got a call in February that are car was ready we were SO happy when we got to the dealership it was not what we ordered and had none of the features we ordered the interior was wrong it had no towing package no floor mats no wood grain interior no mud flaps it didn't have the trim package we ordered IT WAS A BAD JOKE!!!! I had 3 different salesmen thru this process talked to 3 different supposed general managers all lied to us on multiple occasions sevreal times they called us thru this process offering other tellurides that weren't wh we ordered but we said no we will wait to get exactly what we ordered and then they tried to SCREW US we told them to keep the car we did not order and went and bought a BEAUTIFUL Buick enclave and got it that night they also said we could get a towing package from discount trailer but we found out that was a lie you can't get a towing package for any 2023 tellurides that was another lie. NEVER BUY FROM THIS LYING DEALERSHIP!!!!!

i forgive the KIA Fort bend owner what happen to me 3 months ago , i gave back my 2008 mini cooper back to Auto4u tired of being screwed left and right by owner i kept coming to back KIA Fort Bend because they helped me get me into new Car and when my life went to hell after coming back from Dallas after Hurricane harvey where my O2 sensor went out caused problems plus also dealing with family cost my lost of car when going to jail for 3 months over interfrance with emergency .. someone at the Fort Bend KIA paid off /settle 10 grand left on my Credit and then somehow i got 100 check from KIA /Hyanduai/Gensis but was stolen when i was mugged at Burger King In Rosenbeg i thought it was possible customer just stolen my 3 phones and check ..been through alot in Rosenberg only Fort Bend KIA help get new car on my disability/SSI everytime i go there sales people go out there way to help me with my credit they know i am trying , almost bought 2010 KIA forte white but didnt i still regret it now

Had bad customer service. I was very transparent let them know I had bad credit. We officially didn't know because It seems like once you tell them you have bad credit or no credit they don't focus on trying to get you approved. They are just like "ehh a bad credit person not important" Neways The test drive was quite and awkward. But and the end of the day I did end up getting a vehicle but from Gillman Nissan with bad credit and got payments I wanted with "bad credit" so thanks for not trying hard enough.

Most of the KIA dealerships in the greater Houston area were all subpar on the ratings front, except for Fort Bend. Rosenburg is not exactly close for me (#1) but it was worth the drive to get everything I wanted: solid pricing, quality work, and stellar service.A number of online forums also corroborated their service approach, which was professional and not obnoxious as other places I've encountered previously. There was no hard sell to take on additional services and they were patient with me and cared for my vehicle in a way where I was impressed.Booking an appointment online was a cinch and it's clear they were popular since I couldn't secure anything for at least a few days to a week out. The waiting area near the service station is on the smaller side, but I was able to hang out in the showroom area and do a little work. There are limited refreshments, such as cold bottled water and coffee packets. Overall the place is clean and super modern.The dealership itself may be small, but the staff is mighty. They managed to get me on the road in a little less than an hour and now my whip is running extra smooth. For all things service-related, I'm definitely happy to make the drive here for the added satisfaction for a good experience.Thanks to Jerry and team for taking care of me!____________(#1) And welcome to Houston: land of cheaper gas prices so we can drive 40 min in every direction.

Review for service department: terrible communication and unreliable inventory system! I dropped my car off on a Tuesday because car wouldn't start. They did a diagnostic and Miguel told me it could take 5-10 business days to get the parts. I called Thursday to get an update and was given no new information. I called following Monday and left a message. I received a call the next day (so now it's 1 week later) and Miguel tells me that the part is on back order and no estimate when it would be available. You would expect a repair shop to be a able to tell you immediately 1) Is the part available 2) expected arrival. First of all, 5-10 business days to get a part is unacceptable and does not meet today's standards. Second of all, to not be able to tell you until a whole week later (even after I made 2 status check calls) that it's on back order is baffling. Miguel and Tim owned up to it. In their words "I (Miguel) dropped the ball on this one."

A wonderful car buying experience! From the receptionist to the finance manager to our wonderful salesperson Luis Blanco, this was to most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. We bought an adorable Kia Seltos for our daughter after two months of trying to find a Kia that wasn't marked up $3-$5k over sticker. We couldn't be happier!

This is the worst dealership we've ever dealt with. Jerry Garcia in the service station had our car for almost three weeks and when we picked it up on Friday it was COVERED in SAP. It's all over the whole, entire car. We are being quoted north of $300 by car detailing services. Rather than try to make it right- he tells us "he's not paying for us to get our car washed," and to "take him to small claims court." WHAT? My husband is a law firm partner- believe me we can afford a car wash! This is the principal of the matter. The car DID NOT look like that when they received it. Stay away from this dealership!ETA: Below, Virgil says he would take responsibiity for the condition of the car, but in his conversation with my husband he clearly indicated that the condition was NOT their fault because he has no sap trees. I am not going to speculate about what happened, but it happened while in THEIR possession one way or another, because we certainly did not hand it over looking like that!
