I have camery 2009 and I came here to fix my horn , the guy said nothing and started to fix the horn which I bought somewhere else he fixed it and said if I pay cash so the fees will be $45 and if I will pay with card even debit he will take extra $20 as a tax amount when I protested about he took $ 50 total, what the hell they are cheating if I will agree to pay, I will not recommend this place and the guy is old having a old white truckService: Electrical

I went in thinking I had a certain problem but when we took my car for a test drive, he immediately told me it was something different. They are honest and fair. The prices are reasonable and the service was great.

I went and got my brakes and rotors brand new about a year ago. I bought the parts and he installed them. I'm having problems with my brakes nowForgot to mention I had a leak in my truck and they were going to charge me $600 it was just the hose and I paid $80 for all the parts and had my uncle do it

I wouldn't rate this place to save my life but since I have to give something and zero is not an option, it disgusts me to even do that! They charged me hundreds of dollars for a brake job and the car sounds worse than it did when I brought it! The owner/boss is never there for you too talk to him and the workers claim they don't speak english. I have driven over 25-30 miles (one way) 3 times to resolve this issue because they never answer the phone or return a message left. I don't understand how you can put a warranty on labor and parts and don't honor it but you still want people to pay money when you've screwed up the job. This place is horrible! As old, dirty, and rundown as it is, that's probably why they take people's money and don't care about the job. I was referred to this place by another business that sold me a busted tire and because men think female are stupid when it comes to vehicles, so they get over on us because we are not watching over them, which we shouldn't have to. Integrity in a business should make you care about a person's safety, you never know when innocent children are involved! I will never set foot on that raggedy property again and I would never recommend them to ANYONE. They're cheap side mechanics looking to make a quick buck and not caring about your safety on the road! I now forgive myself for making such bad choices, I was leary but desperate when I pulled up. Quality definitely counts when your life is involved! FORT BEND AUTO SERVICE IS DEFINITELY NOT QUALITY...maybe only to their long time customers but definitely not new ones.

“ Shady Mechanic†I have a 1998 Honda Civic . I personally did the tune up 2 months ago. I took my vehicle in to get the water pump replaced, it is recommended to replace the timing belt all at once. They did the work and the next day the car start to misfire. I had another mechanic look at it and was told to take it back to Gonzalo at Fort Bend Auto Service because the timing was not done correctly. I called Gonzalo and told him the car was not running correctly and that I had another mechanic look at it and the mechanic told me the timings as not correct . Gonzalo told me to bring the car in. I took back the car and he said that the timing was ok and that I needed to replace the spark plugs and wires . I explained to him that those parts were replaced two months ago and I had receipts and a warranty when I purchased them . When I asked him why did I need to replace them he said they were bad. I asked how can they go bad when they are new? 2 months old to be exact. His response was “ I don't know†Well he charged me another $45 which no explanation to why we needed to replace these parts! Do Not Take your vehicle here!
