Typical Ford, hates their own customers.
They pay sales people to work on Saturday and would love to sell you a $100,000 truck, but if you need parts take a hike.
Hard to believe there’s nobody in that building who can work a cash register after 4pm. What an embarrassment.

I have a recall notice that my windshield arms on my 2020 Ford Lariat need to be changed. I've called twice and each time they say they don't have the parts. Also they want the truck for an entire day just to check if the wiper arms really need to be changed. Then another day later once they get parts to change. I asked them to get parts and let me know when they have them and I'll bring truck in, but that's too hard for them to do! But me bringing my truck to them twice is not hard!

I found a 2016 Kia Sportage online that Legacy Ford had listed. We lived 5 hours away in the Dallas area, but I flew to Houston and drove out to the dealership at Rosenberg based on the representations the used car salesman, Joe, gave me about the car's condition. They do something like a "160 point front to rear check" when the car is traded in by the previous owner, everything is serviced (new oil, new filters, tires checked, everything works, etc). Well to make a long story short, I made the mistake of actually trusting a used car salesman (yeah, I know... I should know better). It turns out, they didn't really check jack on that car. I asked specifically about the condition of all the car's tires, and Joe told me they all had plenty of tread on them (he even sent me a pic of just ONE of them that looked fine), but when I get to the dealership right before they close, I see the two back tires are COMPLETELY bald, and there is nothing they will do about it. Then, despite my better judgment, I purchase the car anyway (because I came all that way and needed replacement transportation for my daughter immediately after she wrecked her prior car) and when I get to Lubbock a day later with the vehicle, I put down the passenger side windows for the first time and then neither of them will roll back up. Some '160 blah blah blah front to rear point check," huh!? Anyway, we call Joe, tell him what happens, he assures us they don't sell cars that way and "we don't do business that way", and that they'll pay for the repair since I'm now way too far away with the car to bring it back to the dealership. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for the check after the car repair shop provided Joe with the cost... as they requested.MORAL OF THE STORY: DON'T BUY A USED CAR FROM LEGACY FORD OF ROSENBERG OR JOE! I'm not sure if this is just because of a bad apple salesperson like Joe, or if it's Legacy Ford's management itself, but my wife and I both texted Joe with our experience after the fact... and checked on the status of receiving the repair check, and just crickets from Joe. We're out of sight for Joe, so I guess out of mind as well.

I'll never take my vehicle to Legacy Ford in Rosenberg for service again!!! Every time I've used them, there's been some type of "unforeseen" problem. However, I've always believed in giving a business more than one opportunity to prove themselves but you can only get burned so many times before it's time to move on. The primary reason I've gone to Legacy Ford in the past is due to the convenience, however nothing ever works out the way it should with them. There's always a delay, whether an issue with getting parts, running diagnostics, interpreting recall documentation, etc. etc. etc. The most recent problem started with a visit for an oil change and tire rotation. During the rotation they discovered the the rear axel bolt had broken, a nice catch by the service technician. The vehicle only has 19k miles and is less than 2 years old. The problem was identified @ 9:00 am on Tuesday. The part was ordered and even though their warehouse is in Houston, it took 2 days to make it to Legacy Ford. While attempting to install the part, they realized (so they say) the description label on the part was incorrect and had to be reordered. They indicated that the new part would be delivered, installed and my truck be ready to pickup by noon on Friday. Just got a call that the part was not delivered in the morning run (*reminder - the warehouse is here in Houston) and wouldn't come in until this afternoon run and too late to do the installation today. Since this is the Memorial Day weekend, my truck will not be ready until next Tuesday at the earliest, one full week from identification of the problem. Ford is a global company, but the local team claim they can't see the status of parts, the actual location it will come from, nor can they expedite a part to take care of a customer. Amazon, UPS, FedEx and even the lowly USPS can track the movement of parts / packages from source to delivery, but these guys can't tell you where a part is at any time in the delivery process.I've been purchasing Fords for decades, but the service departments I've encountered are an embarrassment to the brand.

The people at Legacy Ford are dishonest and shady. I received what I thought was an offer from Capital One with their name on it. Once they got my husband and I in the doors they had us pick out vehicles then showed us the financial paperwork having us believe we had a deal. We were at their dealership from 11am till 7pm. It was all a hoax. They made promises they could not keep.

I took my car to the collision center. They kept my car for over a month, when I received it, the repairs were poorly done and looks as though they barely tried. My car doesn't look much different than it did before my accident and it CERTAINLY doesn't look like it was worth them keeping my car for a month. My biggest issue however, has more to do with the lack of communication from the center. They were working with my car insurance throughout this time, and they failed to provide updates to my insurance rep and myself on the status of the car. This resulted in me being charged by the neighboring rental car company. Seeing as the rental car location is connected to the legacy ford building, the collision center could have easily let them know the necessary updates, but they did not and I suffered financially as a result. I had to call and call to see if my car had even began to be worked on and many times, no one answered the phone. It wasn't until I left a voicemail saying that I could always pick up my car and take it somewhere else to get fixed instead. That's when I finally received phone calls and updates. Those were still far and few between. I don't recommend this location at all if you need your car repaired. The body work truly looks very lazy and I'm so angered that I spent as much as I did to get the final product I received. Save yourself the headache and consider another option.

I don't often write reviews, you have to be a stellar business to get a review from me or you have to be a complete trashy business to get a negative review. Well its obvious I'm dealing with trash here. I have attached two photos for proof. I contacted their sales guy that was advertising a 2023 Ford Bronco for $105,000, which is $32,000 over the manufacturer suggested recommended price. I messaged and called in advance to make sure I wasn't wasting my time because they are located about an hour away from where I was. I agreed to pay $32,000 over the MSRP, I just asked they were fair with my trade-in price too. The sales guy that was helping me was Jacob Reyes. I texted them pictures of my vehicle, my vin and told them roughly where I need to be at for my trade. He assured me multiple times that we were not far off on agreeing on a deal. I made the decision to drive to Legacy Ford based on his promise that we weren't far away on agreeing on a deal. I'm obviously flexible due to the fact I was okay paying $32,000 over a recommended price by Ford. Little did I know what I was in for. When I showed up that was when they pulled their out their dirty tricks. They presented a new offer to me and asked $50,000 over asking price. I told Jacob what the heck is this about, he was like this is what they do. They try to trick or con people into getting ripped off. I told him absolutely not. I told him that you promised me we were close to a deal, but when I show up not only did they not want to properly negotiate like moral human beings they jacked the price up another $20,000 on top of the $32,000 they were asking before! They literally pulled the rug from under me thinking I would be desperate for a new car. Jacob blamed the new cars sales manager for this whose name is Abraham Barajas. These guys are immoral and have no respect for peoples time. They knew in advance what their sales price was, yet they decided to jack it up another $20k when I showed up. Not only that they offered me $20,000 below market for the value of my 2021 Bronco Badlands with 8k miles on it. So they somehow think its ok to overprice a vehicle by $50,000 and then try to rape me by offering me $20,000 less than the market price for my trade. This dealership represents the fear most consumers think about when they worry about getting ripped off at a dealership (aka Stealership). This is exactly why direct sales to consumers will be the way of the future. Everyone will pay a fair market price, they will leave out the greedy middleman. I can't even say the people who attempted to help me were humans, they lack morals and respect. I think dealing with robots would be a better experience than dealing with these guys. It is a sad unfortunate fact that this dealership deserves this 1 star review. It is pretty sad to see a business have an average of a 2 star review. This goes to show who they really are as a business and the type of people who work here. Ford will hear about this business as it is our duty to let others know about our experiences good or bad.

My new truck broke down and had to be towed over to Legacy. The mechanic then let it sit on the lot for one week without looking at it. The service manager finally got involved and started the repair process. It took 24 days to get my vehicle back. I know there was a parts delay, but leaving it sit without even looking at it is unacceptable. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Do not walk away from this place...RUN! The service department is absolutely horrible, and "red" is nothing short of a crook. Dropped my truck off on Wednesday am for brakes, and cab mounts. Received a call, and text from red that I also needed front wheel bearings. 318k miles reasonable. Total cost would have been ~$4800. Because there was a question if there would be time for the cab mounts, I opted to pass. red called me back about 10 min later and "offered" me a "one time only opportunity" they could do all the work for the bargain basement price of $3700. So, cab mounts, brakes, and bearing would be $3700. Picked my truck up, and later that evening I looked at my bill. red, being the great guy, he is also added an oil change, (not needed had ~800 miles) but ok, I drive a lot. But red also added fuel filters, not needed as they were done my last oil change. In total, $326.25 of unauthorized services. Did they really rotate my tires and do the 10 point inspection that comes with the oil change?? The very next morning my truck continued to make squeaking noises from the cab. Indication of worn-out cab mounts. Were they even changed?? Saturday, I called red to let him know what was happening. Nothing in return, since my bill was paid, I guess service level begins to drop. I texted him Monday am, and he wrote back apologizing, and said just bring it back. No loaner, no rental. Really, just bring it back, like I have nothing better to do. Then, red completely ignored my text messages, until I called him out for ignoring me the following afternoon. Then he sent me a message saying he hurt his leg Monday. He could not call back, until I called him out?? He then sent me a beautiful text with a picture of his freaking feet. See attached. After telling me they had no loaners, and no rentals available, I told him to let Enterprise know I needed a car, could pick it up Wednesday, and they could bring a car from another Enterprise location. No brainer. So, Wednesday I went to the dealership. I went into the Enterprise office to learn there was no reservation in my name, she had not spoken to red, and she had no cars. So I left. Then left red a message stating my displeasure. But, the fact I did not get a car was partially my fault because I did not call him, and it was the lady at the Enterprise location for telling me she had no cars. Everybody's fault but red. He then did in fact get me a car the following day. I left my truck and heard absolutely nothing until I text him the following morning. I, then learned 2 people had driven my truck and did not hear anything. BUT, the customer service manager was going to drive that morning and red would let me know. I guess the "customer service mgr" has better hearing than the other service techs?? Did they actually drive it? Absolutely ridiculous, they knew the problem. I then told red I was coming to get my truck. I drove out of the parking lot, and it was making a beautiful squeaking noise. I recorded the squeaking and sent it to red. He has ghosted.. So, from unauthorized charges, to poor workmanship, and a picture of a dude's feet...Run away. Makes me think offering such poor service and a level of bs after you pay, they want to take your money, and then piss you off to the point you will not return. They won, however, I did take a small amount of gratification when one of their own representatives told me to go to Helfman!!! I could not agree more.
